Fantastic crew! From office to on the job they care so much about what they do, and the will go out of the way to make sure we were happy with the work. They prime, patched any holes, sanded (with no dust in the air!) and painted two coats, excellent (and patient) attention to detail. Love that they use zero VOC and understood how to do all of this with us and our two year old living there the whole time! We will use them in the future for the exterior of our new home. Highly recommend this company.

Overall, I had a very positive experience from sales to actual paint job. Everyone from the office was very responsive. I am very happy with the paint job done by the crew. The foreman, William, was very accommodating. Even though my house was a new construction, I found a lot of areas of the walls where they needed to be speckled. William had no problem that I pointed out every little imperfection found on the walls and he helped me fix them. The entire crew was very professional. They did a pretty thorough job in cleaning up my place after they had completed the paint job. William did a final walk around my place to make sure that everything was in order.

We are doing a complete renovation of our our condo. From calling to set an appointment, getting a estimate and the actual work, J Canabe is all professional. The finish work is excellent. We are calling them back to install the trimming after our hardwood floor goes in.also for touch up and painting the stairs.They also work very well with other professional that"s working in the condo at the same time. I would recommend them to everyone .

Called and spoke with someone briefly. I was told they would have to speak to "the boss" about arranging an estimate and they would get back to me later that day. I never heard back from them at any point.

Jimmy's team always is on time or even early. They are meticulously neat and very professional when they are working. They will do everythig they can to satisfy you. I have receommended them to family and friends for painting and construction, too. They have done work several times at my husband's restuarant. My husband even said to me "Jimmy's guys are REALY good" . He apprecaited how they managed to get alot of things done during his business hours , without disrupting his customers.

EXCELLENT!!! All 3 days they were here, they were on-time Clean: Everything in the apartment moved to the center of the rooms and completely covered in plastic. Floors also covered. Detail: They made everything look to my exact specifications. Using 4 different colors, they understood where each color had to go and how all the trim was supposed to look.

The team was prompt and professional and I was very pleased with their work. We had extensive rust and peeling paint and they sanded and treated everything and repainted with an industrial paint and epoxy. The balcony looks great and I was very pleased with the communication and work.

This is my second time hiring Jimmy and his team of painters.....all I can tell you is they are AMAZING! We had used them last year to freshen up our home prior to listing it for sale. Since they did such an unbelievable job the first time we immediately called them when needing an estimate for the painting of our new apt. Jimmy came out and did a thorough walk through and gave us a very fair price to paint the place. His team was punctual, explained everything to us as we went through the process and took the highest level of care skim coating and fixing all our walls. The paint job is gorgeous and they made our walls look like they were new! The whole process took four days and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. Both my husband and I have already recommended them to other people and will continue to call them whenever other painting needs come up!

Best painting company I've used in a very long time!

They were absolutely fantastic . They showed up on time and brought in extra people to make sure the job was completed on time. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

The company was on top of everything. The condo in which I live can be difficult to approve of workers. Canabe was terrific working with the condo office and following through with all the insurance requirements. They really facilitated the process. They were very professional first sending someone out to do an appraisal. He was so impressive that I did not bother to get prices from anyone else. I was not disappointed.

Originally called to have one room painted before moving into a new residence, Decided a couple days before they were scheduled to paint the one room to have almost the entire interior painted, Jimmy was very accommodating and they were able to complete the job in less than 2 days - LR/DR, Kitchen, Family Room, BR and 2 Hallways!! Price was very reasonable and work was top notch.

The representative came to provide an estimate. Afterwards, he gave me a verbal estimate over the phone, saying that he didn't want me to have to wait for a written estimate. We agreed to the terms and he said he'd put together a proposal and gave me a target date for the project. He never sent the written proposal and passed the target start date without a word. When contacted, he gave me a delayed start date, and that too passed without another word. When I reached out to them again, they said they would have to come and do another estimate. They couldn't commit to a time do schedule the estimate then showed up unannounced and still did not provide a written estimate. They told me they would call the next day with a final start date, but they never called. At no point did they apologize. Incredibly unprofessional all around.

Terrible business practices. We set-up an appointment at 8AM to obtain a quote on our apartment, and they canceled at 7.20AM the same day, after we re-worked our schedule to meet this appointment. No explanation, no apology. Completely rude and unprofessional. Would discourage from doing business with.

We hired J. Canabe's based on their reputation on Angie's list. It was a wonderful experience. They offered us the most competitive price and got the work done in about 4.5 days. They even had an interior designer come to my home for an hour to help pick out colors. They were clean, punctual and efficient. An excellent experience!

The crew got there right on time as they promised. 830am. They set up everything in record time and were extremely careful with our furniture and other items that had to be moved in the process. I was home the whole time and they were courteous, professional and they completed the entire job in one afternoon. (They left around 3!) Will definitely consider them again if we decide to paint the other rooms in our home. Very efficient, very organized and we absolutely loved how everything turned out.

Jimmy, the owner, came out and walked the place before providing the estimate. We went over how the space would need to be prepared and went over the options for painting the place. My wife and I had already been hard at work picking paint colors for each room, so I was able to provide Jimmy with a complete list of colors by room during the walkthrough. Because every room used as many as three different colors, this proved to be very useful as the project went forward. The initial crew was five guys, not including Jimmy, who was also present the first morning to make sure his crew got started properly and to go over some questions to clarify exactly what we wanted done. The size of the crew shrank to three or so toward the end of the job, which may have caused it to go a little longer than it might have. Communication was overall quite good throughout the project. Jimmy was available to answer questions, though usually there was a delay between message left and call returned, which was understandable and not a problem. Jimmy announced that the job was finished after five days' work. I inspected the work and produced a detailed punch list that Jimmy, his crew leader and I went over in person, line by line. Some items were small and some were not so small, but as they could see what needed to be done they just went back to work and took care of it. They worked another couple of days, and I inspected again and produced another punch list that we went over together. A couple of days after that and they were done - nine days overall, but truly great results! I found J Canabe's Painting company to be flexible, accommodating, honest, and committed to excellent customer service. They did a great job - the place looks beautiful. I highly recommend them.

We hired J. Canabe painting to paint our apt prior to tenants moving in. Everything was handled well from estimating to finished product. The apartment looks like new and we will absolutely hire them again for our next home!

Excellent. Jimmy came and gave me an estimate. He gave a price that was fair and appropriate. His price was pretty much in the middle of the estimates I got. (Other providers did match his price but I don't operate that way). His contract was complete and very thorough. He was polite and professional. The work took 4 days and there were 3-4 men here each day. William was the team lead and he was very good. They were very neat. This was very important to me because the house is furnished and I was concerned about the sanding getting everywhere. They had a HEPA sander/vacuum and it was not a problem. The paint looks very good. I think there was one guy who may have needed a little painters tape but I realize the task they were doing was difficult. The walls had already been painted so they were doing this backwards and had to paint the trim afterwards. I know that's not the right way so their job was a bit trickier. (So take my advice- if you have old dark wood, don't listen to everyone who chastises you for considering painting it white. I listened and then when my walls were painted and looked great, the wood looked even dirtier and duller. I should have had it painted up front and it would have been easier) I recommend J Canabe and I will definitely reach out to them next year when I need to get my exterior house painted.

I am extremely pleased with my expericence using J Canabe painting co. They were the first to respond to my request for a quote and showed up on time for the initial appointment, which was very thorough. They provided me with a fair quote and worked within my budget. They also made very good recommendations, were neat, tidy and very efficient. The house looks amazing and all of my neighbors have commented on what an excellent job they did. I highly recommend them.

Jimmy came to our house to give us an estimate to paint the entire interior of our home including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room, living room, hallways and the basement. Jimmy arrived on time and was very professional. He promptly sent us a quote and his team started painting shortly after we confirmed we wanted to move forward. William was the head painter and had 2-3 painters working with him each day (primarily Walter and Carlos). It took 2 weeks (including Saturdays) to complete the job. The team arrived on time every day, got to work right away and cleaned up at the end of each work day. My husband and I had to work so we left them in the house on their own almost every day and they were extremely respectful of our home. William and his team removed all of the remaining nails/hooks from the wall, patched all of the cracks and put everything back where they found it once they were finished. Over the 2 weeks, Jimmy called and stopped by several times to make sure that everything was going well. On the last day, we couldn't locate the motion sensor for our alarm system that had been removed from the wall when they were painting. William and his team looked through all of the trash bags, came back to our home to help us look for it and Linda (from the office) followed up several times afterwards to see if we had found it. We weren't able to locate it and had to have it re-installed. Without question, Jimmy sent us a check to reimburse us for the cost. We are very happy with the end result and the customer service we received and would highly recommend J.Canabe's Painting Co!

It went GREAT! We used Canabe Painting at our home first to paint. They came when they said they would, the painters were quiet, courteous, neat and very pleasant to have around. They did a very good job, the house looks like new. We made some changes along the way and they took cae of everything we asked for. I think the price was fair, as it was ALOT of work. They left the house exactly as they found it, also! We then hired them for some work at my husbnad's new restaurant. They worked so quickly, doing some carpentry work, and painting. The place looks fabulous and we could not be more pleased. Will definitely use them again for more things we want to do back at the house.
