They were very reasonable and they did a wonderful job. I don't have anything to complain about them. I didn't even expect them to do so well. They were very clean. They picked up beautifully on each day. I cannot praise them enough. They've done a wonderful job. My dish on the roof had moved and the shingles had come off because of some wind we had. I called them and they were here right away and they took care of it. When they gave me the estimate for the sidings, they explained the process of the installation and they gave me various options for the choosing the color and style. The team was very efficient and careful. They cleaned up after the job each day and we were very satisfied with their services. I would recommend them to others.

Overall the experience was great they were punctual professional neat and had the job done in 3 days.

My experience was wonderful with Built-Rite. They went beyond my expectations with the job. Built-Rite provided me with a contract and abided by it. Everyone was very informative and explained everything that was being done. Anyone I spoke with was very professional and made the process extremely peaceful. My neighbors have even stopped and said how great of a job they did. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent job!!!! Built Rite it says it all in the name! The whole process took 3 days. The crew was here when they said they would be here. The staff was very professional and neat!!!! I would highly recommend this company and would use again in the future!!! A+++++

Terrible. I specifically discussed the whole idea of a Yankee (built-in) gutter and asked Keith from Built-Rite if his company had experience restoring Yankee gutters: he swore they did and Built-Rite actually charged me MORE to "maintain" the built-in gutter. The day of the actual work Keith was nowhere to be found. He - apparently - was on the cusp of a vacation and could not be bothered to come down to the job-site and personally supervise. The first time it rained it was apparent to me that the roof would not drain properly. I immediately contacted Built-Rite and began a tug-of-war with Keith to try and get him to do something and got nowhere. He offered to "build up" one side of the gutter - not the solution suggested by another roofer I paid to inspect Built-Rite's work. Keith and Built-Rite have stone-walled me to this day and I am seriously contemplating taking them to small claims court to try and recoup some of my lost. I would highly recommend you find some other company to do your roofing work.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY CAME WHEN I TOLD THEM TO AND GOT THE ROOF PUT ON BY WHEN WE AGREED IT WOULD BE DONE. THEIR PRICE WAS PRETTY REASONABLE. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE ANY MESS FOR ME TO TAKE CARE OF.
