Justin was awesome! Arrived at time he said he would, was professional and friendly. Extremely good at his job. Fixed my oven door just like that. Told me how best to not have same thing happen again. Was in and out in less than 10 mins. He even helped me do a small task because I asked for quick advice on an unrelated problem I had. He actually did it for me. Also in under a minute. Dude was just that good. He’s a wonderful employee and represents his company Elite very well well. I’d def use them in the future, and will recommend them to my neighbors as well, as anyone who asks. Or reads this review.

Called got appointment for next day between 2 and 5 o'clock. I got a call at 2:15 said he was running late would not be here before 4:00 O'Clock.I liked the communication they will call when part comes in

Had to wait for a refrigerator part. They kept us updated on delivery of the part and scheduled installation as soon as the part arrived. Technicians and office personnel were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Already mentioned Elite to a friend for future reference.

The elite technician checked washer for leakage an could not find anything - and I know something was wrong cause water still remained on floor from Under washer, doom called someone else and they will fix the problem.

Not very professional. More like they were there for the money, which was too much and they did not finish the job. The dryer was left unconnected.

They could have easy replaced the part for more money, but they gave me solid advice instead. I was more than happy to pay for the consultation, and installation of my new alliance. I still ended up saving money from what it would have cost me to replace the part. They offer good business with great work!
