"I had a disappointing experience working with Corey. He did an ok job installing the panel upgrade, but I failed inspection and he ghosted me after asking him to come back to fix it. -He did not realize or inform me each panel upgrade requires a whole house surge protector after 2020 NEC codes, leading me to fail my electrical inspection. -He put in PVC conduits but he did not put in expansion joints according to the electric code, which also lead to another failure in inspection, this was very expensive to fix. -He did not pay the township the permit money that I paid to him, basically robbing me the permit fees. -He stopped responding to text and phone calls after I contacted him after a 2 months of chasing him -I had to hire another electrician out of my own pocket to fix his install. He was affordable at first but it ended up costing me MORE in the long run to fix his conduit install, add surge protector and had to pay the permit fees AGAIN because he didn't pay the town. "

"10 reasons you should consider Ryan: 1. Ryan was very honest upfront with what materials he will use and what work he will perform 2. Due to pandemic and heavy snow in Feb, he accommodated the entire estimate process with photos and FaceTime for an unconventional setup involving new sub panel in my garage 3. He was courteous in answering all my (some naive) questions about the estimate 4. His price is not the lowest, but he used industry grade NEMA 14-50 outlet not the cheap ones 5. He submitted the permit for me (so that we won't have any potential code issues if/when selling the house) 6. He followed up when the permit was approved 7. He showed on time, worked efficiently, and finished the installation within 3.5 hours (2 days later) 8. He did everything he said he would do and used all the materials he said he would use 9. The installation passed the inspection with flying color (inspector commented that "whoever did this did a neat job") 10. "Advised me that attic fan could be repaired, after being billed for 2 visits couldn't repair advised me needed new one . Very nice man just couldn't get the job done my brother wounded up fixing the issue in a couple hours over a visit ohhhhh he wounded up refunding $35.00 after charging me a total of $220.00 for the two visits smh would never use any thing in Angis list 1st time user never again don't spend your money and time go with the pro or a reputable company that specializes in your homes needs."
