Hired Paul back in March. Very unprofessional, the only way we knew he was coming was by messaging his personal Facebook account each night asking if he would make it to our house the next day. Understandable that the rain pushed us back a few days but by the time he finally showed up he was hours late when he said he would be here first thing in the morning. Took about 3 powerwashing days to complete a 1500 sq ft home, deck and small shed. Countless messages to my husband at all hours of the day and night. We originally went with Paul because he said that he can also paint out 2 pairs of shutters on our 2nd story. The day he finished powerwashing the back of my house and deck he went to my neighbors house and started her house. Didn’t finish the job by throwing on the first coat of shutter paint. Said he would be back, this was 4/21, messages my husband that he would be here to finish on 4/28. My husband had to reach out to him to see where he was, gave an excuse that he forgot and he had his daughter he’d be here first thing to finish up 4/29. Wasn’t here until 11:30 on 4/29 only to find him across the street now at my other neighbors house powerwashing. Walked across the street to ask him what the deal was and he said he didn’t have anything to put the paint it and so I told him the job needed to be completed today end of story. He agreed. Walked into my house to get him a container and left to pick up my daughter. Got home at 5:30pm expecting to see at least the first coat drying. He never walked back over to paint. Finally my husband reached out asking what was going on he said that he was cleaning up and heading back over to paint now. Which meant another day to wait for second coat because there wouldn’t have been enough drying time after the first coat. Then he told my husband that he told me it was unsafe and he couldn’t do the job. Total liar and cash chaser. He made a little under $1000 between our three houses because everyone kept throwing cash at him. My neighbor next to me is still waiting from 4/21 to have the back of her house powerwashed. Oh can’t forget that since march we have been hearing that he “cut us a deal” and “is just trying to save us money” and that “his prices are the lowest around.” I don’t care house much the powerwashing would have cost he’s the one that walked my property and named his price, we would have paid whatever he quoted because he also said he could have painted for us. Now all the sudden painting is a side job and he doesn’t have any of the equipment to Complete the job. Went on and on with him, he doesn’t see anything wrong with this just keeps saying he completed the job and he’s not a painter and he doesn’t have the stabilizer and ladder he needs. SO THEN WHY QUOTE US AND SEND US THE INVOICE WITH PAINTING ON IT???? And why tell me when I walked to my neighbors house that you needed a paint cup if it was so dangerous?? Total cash chaser and doesn’t understand that when you start a job you complete it before moving to the rest of the development. Very very disappointed that we decided to support a local business and this is the outcome. If you want cheap labor but a lot of ******** this is the guy for you! ****See photo attached of the ladder he used to power wash the neighbors house, the same ladder that was too dangerous to use in the “wind” yesterday 4/29 to paint my windows.

Paul was very responsive and came out quickly to wash our property. It looks great and he was interactive and kind toward our two year old. Our fence and siding look new!

This contractor exceeded expectations and takes immense pride in his work and requires no intervention to make sure that he does a good job. He treated my projects like they were his own and did A +++++ work on all. His rates are incredibly fair and his work quality is second to none. I'm quite comfortable recommending this contractor. In addition to my projects, I am aware of other delighted with his work. That is how he was got recommended to me.

It was excellent. We can tell a big difference and had to come back a second time because he had ran out of light but he did great each time.
