Misael and his colleague did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked extremely hard all of the time they were on site. They took particular care not to damage any of the house exterior or the landscaping. We are very pleased with the work and would use CFI again. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with the highly-skilled work performed by Mr. Misael Omana, CFI Home Improvement. He is a very professional carpenter and painter with a craftsman?s approach to his work. Misael is a perfectionist, and was detail-oriented with each and every aspect of the job. Both Misael and his experienced assistant were diligent, extremely accommodating and cordial. We were pleased that Misael always notified us via email regarding arrival times and never missed an agreed-upon time or date. I was particularly grateful that Misael educated us on a new type of stain by painting a ?sample? piece of wood so that we could see/compare how the finished product would appear and fill in gaps in the wood. As with all of our questions/requests for guidance, he took time to discuss color selections, design of newly installed wood, etc. The finished deck and other improvements included in this job have greatly enhanced the appearance of our property. We highly recommend CFI Home Improvement.

MIseal was wonderful! His prices were lower than his competitors and he provided top notch service. We asked him to sand an entire office hallway and then paint it. He was able to accommodate all of our requests and was extremely professional. There was quite a but of repair work that had to be done to the walls and moldings and he made sure everything looked brand new in the end. Would definitely recommend!

They did an excellent job! We highly recommend their services. Note that this company does more than just deck work. They do painting, flooring, carpentry and other "maintenance" type work. The other work they did for us falls under the carpentry category.

The carpentry work was great on the front of the house. Replaced all wood and molding to mimic what was there previously. Very neat and professional. Front door, powerwashing and staining all looks great. I did need to ask Misael to come back because of some uneven areas, and he returned the next morning and redid the areas on both the deck and the fence. Very happy with how it turned out. I felt Misael was honest, and did a great job. I would definitely use CFI again.

Misael is a highly skilled carpenter and painter. He has a diverse set of skills which he applies to a wide variety of projects. Beyond his skills and professionalism, he is a pleasure to work with. He is excellent at communicating with clients, providing a written proposal, with detailed project description and cost estimate, soon after he meets with you. During the project, he sends e-mails in the evening letting you know the plan for the next day. If there are any discussions of changes to the plan, he documents the discussion in an e-mail that evening. Throughout the project he solicits the client's opinion to ensure that you are satisified with his work. I especially appreciate his creativity. I asked him to paint my front and rear steps (probably 25 steps in total). which are made from railroad ties and have required frequent repainting He provided me with an estimate for the painting but told me that the steps would continue to need frequent repainting due to the run-off from the front and back lawns. He suggested that I consider covering the treads and risers with Trex composite boards and explained to me that the Trex would not need repainting and would provide a permanent fix. I followed his recommendation and am extremely pleased with the result. On the deck and garage floor painting projects he did a very thorough job of preparing the surfaces before starting the painting. The final results look great. And his clean-up after each of the projects was excellent. I am planning to have Misael perform some interior projects this fall. I strongly recommend Misael and CFI for painting, carpentry, and other handyman projects.

Misael and his crew were professional from the start through completion. During the price quote Misael suggested some additional staining of planters which we never even considered. We are so glad they were done. Even though the weather did not completely cooperate, the CFI crew were able to complete the job in a timely manner. We will be using CFI for future projects, and highly recommend them!

Provider responded really quickly and provided an estimate. Job was done a few days later. His price was good and the quality of his work was excellent. Really pleased with his work and professionalism.

It's been a few years now but Mr. Omana gave us an excellent price, completed the work as promised and finished on schedule. We are completely satisfied with the work he did.

He and his worker arrived on time, began the job immediately and did not stop until the room was finished. He offered sound advice on color choices and at the end of their work left our home in excellent condition. We will definitely use this contractor in the future.

We initially hired Mr. Omana to do a few jobs, and then extended it to many other projects that needed doing. This was based on the really excellent work he and his helper did, and the very reasonable prices charged. In addition, and importantly, Misael is very pleasant to work with, extremely accommodating, available to discuss all aspects of the projects, with good ideas on approaches. He is also very reliable, and a person of high integrity. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all the areas he worked with us on. He will also be re-doing a long paver walk with steps in front of house and paver area in walk out area by basement. He has a very good sense of design and had great ideas from his own experience for these jobs and sent me pictures of some past projects as well. I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Omana and his company CFI for any repair or improvement job you might have in your home or business.

The overall experience was extremely positive. Misael contacted me quickly and came out to do an estimate. He sent me two versions of the estimate via email (one for one coat of paint, the other for two) with lots of detail. He was very organized in the way he helped me choose the paint brand and gave me lots of information and prices to go by. The work was started on time and finished perfectly. He even put an extra coat of paint on parts of the deck. The deck looks perfect now. I will definitely use CFI again.

Very affordable and professional work. I had a very limited budget to finish my basement and Misael worked with me to give me the best value for my money. He is efficient, courteous, and would definitely call him back for future jobs. He also did landscaping in my fist home and it came out beautiful. Again, very affordable and I got my money's worth.

I called Misael at CFI. I had never used him before. He came out the SAME day and gave us an estimate. It was reasonable and within the insurance limits, so I hired him. As soon as he had my deposit, he ordered the materials. He called me when they came in, and was at my house within a couple of days. The job is beautiful... better than it was before. He was courteous, prompt, reasonable, and the job is very professional. I will definitely use him for other future home improvements.

They were excellent. They were good company. The price is really reasonable. The guy wears little booties on his shoes when he comes in. They were very professional with the tiles. I would definitely use them in the future.
