Like all the other reviewers. He returns calls, he shows up when he says he will or let you know why not. He went out of his way to locate the siding on my house that was destroyed by Sandy. HIs price was more than reasonable, the work was fantastic. Thnak you, Mr Swain. I'm sure I will need you again!

Mike is the best overall contractor that I've had for work on multiple projects in my house. He expertly corrected things that other contractors had done wrong, and did all new projects competently and in the time he estimated for each project. He offered suggestions and opinions on what needed to be done giving pros and cons and allowed me to make an informed decision. He stayed with projects until they were done to my satisfaction. He has an easy going manner that made me feel comfortable. What he did added to the value of my house. I would highly recommend him for your home improvement projects.

Mike was great to work with. Due to factors out of his control, there were a number of delays that prevented him from starting and finsihing during the time work was being done on the house. He was more than flexibile in adjust his schedule to meet our other contractor to finish the siding. It looks great and we are receiving a number of compliments on a job well done. Mike was very easy to work with. He was able to do the work right away, it was a small job so he was able to fit in. I had siding blow off the house due to high winds. he did a good job and everything was cleaned up after wards. His price was right on for the work to be done, not like some contractors who just throw out a high number to see if you bite. I would recommend Mike to anyone and I would use his services again. Repair/Rebuild existing deck: FANTASTIC job. Mike is class A guy who did the work as described (plus a little more after we discovered some rotted joists). The project took a little longer than expected but done in plenty of time to enjoy the spring. I'll definitely be using his talents again in the future for my next project.
