I hired Michael earlier this year to replace a drafty house to garage door. I was very satisfied with the work and price, I hired him again to replace 2 pieces of damaged siding. Mike and his workers are true pros. You can't go wrong.

Mike was not only prompt and attentive to my Home Advisor inquiry (a deck repair job from tree damage), he came out immediately to survey the job, gave me a very reasonable quote and completed the work in an outstanding and timely manner. I would absolutely rehire Mike again for another job, and recommend him to others.

Michael responded quickly to my Home Advisor inquiry. he went to my house and provided an estimate the same day. Once we agreed on the repair, he finished the job the next day with no issues. I arranged everything long distance since I was out of town and he worked easily with email, text and phone calls. Well done! I would recommend him for any jobs!

Mike replaced some rotting deck floor boards and the entire railing. I wasn't sure exactly which boards were rotten or if others will go soon, but after sealing (he didn't do) was done, the deck looks nice again. He was patient with me due to another emergency repair I needed done, so, thanks Mike

HE SHOWED UP TO SECURE MY DECK, THE NIGHT BEFORE WE EXPLAINED WE JUST HAS NEW PAVERS PUT IN ON THE PATIO A WEEK AGO AND TO BE VERY CAREFUL AND TO COVER IT BECAUSE THE PAVERS WOULD EASILY SCRATCH , WHEN HE LEFT FOR LUNCH I WENT OUT AND SAW HIS WHOLE SET UP ON MY PATIO TOOLS HIS CUTTING HORSE LADDER AND VARIOUS OTHER THINGS ALL OVER THE PATIO WITHOUT A COVER, I FOUND A CHISEL NEXT TO ONE OF THE POSTS HE SAID HE WAS WORKING ON AND THAT FELL AND THERE WAS A GOUGE AND SCRATCH ON MY PAVER. HE SAID HE COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT AND IT WAS PROBABLY THERE , I TOLD HIM IT WAS NOT AND HE GOT RUDE AND SAID HE COULD NOT FINISH THE WORK AND JUST PAY FOR WHAT WAS DONE, I CALLED MY HUSBAND FROM MY CELL AND WHILE I WAS TELLING HIM WHAT HAPPENED HE SAID FORGET IT DON'T PAY ME AND WALKED OFF WITH HIS TOOLS . TODAY 10/24/15 I HAVE SOMEONE HERE TO PAINT MY DECK AND WE HAVE FOUND TWO POSTS THAT WERE LEFT UNSECURED AT THE THE BOTTOM AND LOOSE AND ONE OF THE HINGE BOARDS THAT WERE PUT IN SIDEWAYS. MY HUSBAND NOW HAD TO GO BY DECK NAILS AND SCREWS AND FIX THE PROBLEM BEFORE THE GUYS COULD START, THIS MAN DID NOTHING BUT CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS AND I WOULD NEVER HIRE HIM OR GIVE HIS NAME TO ANYONE.

Mike was great! It was a small job for him, huge job for my husband. He came gave me a very reasonable estimate and had the job done the very next day. I would hire him back in a heartbeat. Thanks again Mike!

So far Mike has been super. Weather has held up project as of 4-8-15.

Mike did a great job taking care of some water damaged areas to the floors, walls, and door in my living room. He communicated well and was able to even work Saturday and Sunday to get the repairs done in a timely matter. I will keep him in mind for any future projects that may come up.

I hired Mike for interior home repair and was extremely satisfied by not just the overall work but the attention to detail as well. I waited a bit before posting this review to make sure the work would hold up and indeed it has. He is very easy to work with and will absolutely go the extra mile to make sure his work is of a high quality. He made suggestions without being intrusive, and I was more than assured that he was always "doing the right thing". I have several more home projects that I will need expert help for and Mike will absolutely be the first person I call.

I am very pleased with the work that Mike and Pat did. They replaced and improved a soffit by using a continuous vent and power washed and stained my deck. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Mike is an excellent craftsman and his work is done to perfection. The project moved slowly due to numerous interruptions on his part. In the end the project was done well and we were pleased with his work.

Mike is a great local carpenter to work with. His attention to detail, responsivenes and craftsmanship and hard to find in contractors these days. I had Mike install and trim (8) Sliding Glass doors to enclose what was previously a Screened Porch area. Mike guided us during the selection of the door to guarantee a cost effective and logical solution. His finish / trim work was exceptional, right down to caulking of joints and filling nail holes. I am a frequent user of Home Advisor, and I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.

Mike is a nice, professional gentleman who was easy to work with. He came out to look at the job and shortly thereafter he provided an understandable estimate that seemed fair. When selected, he commenced work without delay. He is an excellent carpenter and suggested some modifications to improve the overall job. During the time he was onsite he was neat and cleaned up each day. He and his helper were a pleasure to deal with. I would hire him again and would recommend him to friends and neighbors. He is an asset to your list of pros.
