mike was profession, and experienced. he knew exactly what had to be done. he understood what i needed and provided superior service. mike knew how important the job was to me.. he made sure that the most important project took priority. the job was done ahead of schedule and looks absolutely wonderful. his crew is extremely experienced and very nice. it was a pleasure having mike do work at my house, i would use him again and i am very proud to show off his work.

I called Mike on short notice and he went to our home within the hour and did the repairs (reposting our curbside mailbox) to our complete satisfaction. '

Mike did a framing project on my addition. He was extremely courteous, gave me a great deal, and followed up with everything. Michael did a very professional job in replacing the cedar shakes on the front of my house. He started the project when he said he would. Cleaned p the derby after removing the old shakes. The work was very satisfactory and finished in the time frame we expected. Also, he did a few extra repairs on the house that what were needed. Michael Swain is a professional and a very considerate contractor. He made the plans for the project.He took care of everthing the Twsp required. When ever a problem would arise he would contact me .We could work out the problems. All of his work passed with the building inspector. The deck / porch looks great !
