+ -1 moreI used this company for about three years. During the third year I called and left a message to address a significant moss problem. Several weeks later, someone left me a message saying to the effect "We're doing the best we can". I then canceled the service. A couple of weeks ago, I received a letter from the company asking me back to their service. I called and left a message explaining why I canceled in the first place, and asked "What will be different this time?" It's been about three weeks and the company has not returned my call.

+ -1 moreWE PRETTY MUCH GOT WHAT WE EXPECTED. THE MAN MET US AT THE NURSERY AND WE WENT OVER THE PLANS. HE ALSO DID SOME BRICKWORK AROUND THE BEDS. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH THE GRASS. WE'VE HAD MANY PEOPLE STOP BY AND ASK HOW WE DID IT.
Description of Work: THEY DID OUR LANDSCAPING FOR US. THEY PUT IN NEW BUSHES AND SHRUBS. THEY ALSO PUT IN A BRICK EDGING IN ADDITION. THEY SEEDED OUR YARD, AND THEN COVERED IT WITH HAY WHILE IT GERMINATED. WHEN IT WAS STRONG ENOUGH TO SURVIVE, THE HAY WAS REMOVED.
