+ -1 moreMy wife and I texted and called LeMay numerous times to please pick up the paperwork for the permit. It stayed inside my front storm door for over 3 weeks, at which point we got another contractor -- 5/6/14. The person who had recommended LeMay asked me how it was going. When I told her, she texted him to find out what happened. His response: "He said he missed the boat and didn't do proper follow up with you guys then got very busy." He has yet to contact us (6/28/14). Mike LeMay seems to be a good craftsman, reasonably priced. He is just totally unreliable -- and rude. FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED!
Description of Work: He provided an estimate to convert our 30 year old shower-over-bath in our master bathroom to a walk-in shower on 2/21/14. When we awarded him the job in March, he showed us what he was working on currently (appeared to be very nice work). Asked for a meeting at our house to review details on 4/2/14. Showed up with a bit of an attitude. We wanted a plumbing permit for the job, we volunteered to obtain it, filled out our section, left it in an envelope at our front door for him to pick up and fill out. (continued below)
