+ -1 moreInstead of replacing planks, provider chose to fill in the rotten wood. Pain work was shabby at best. No work was done on deck other than cleaning it. When we complained about the planks work provider stopped all work and walked away with our down-payment of 2,000 - plus trespassed our property to get his tools etc. and also took the paint which we of course had paid for. Intention is to sue in small claims court.
Description of Work: Agreement was for provider to paint around deck area and replace rotten planks plus sand and stain deck. Agreed price was approximately $3,000.
