Description of Work: Install coupling between generator and house; installed connection via plastic piping to permit potable generator to be located 30 feet from property line.

Alan Electric was a no show for an appointment so it didn't go well.
Description of Work: Alan scheduled a time to come and do a site visit in order to prepare an estimate. He never called again and did not show up as promised.

I did not have an appointment with this customer because we were unable to find a time that worked for both of us. When I spoke to [member name removed], he asked me to schedule an appointment with his wife. I contacted [member name removed] to let her know I could come by at 8:30 the next day. She responded that she would still be sleeping at that time. I explained that I do estimates first thing in the morning or on weekends and she replied that neither of those options worked for her.

The owner of Alan Electric came to the house to review the work order and provide a quote on materials and installation. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and explained the options extremely well. A date was set for the installation after the materials were ordered. He arrived promptly at the designated time. The work was completed in the estimated time. He was very neat. He tested all equipment and took time to explain how the system worked. It was a great experience working with Alan Electric. I would highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Installed a 10 circuit transfer switch for a generator.
