Description of Work: I have used Unbelievable Cleaning to clean my house on the New Jersey shore for more than ten years. Donna and her sister Maureen come once a week to thoroughly clean my 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house when I am in town. They are very knowledgeable about what to do and how to do the necessary cleaning and require no supervision. When I am not at the house they provide caretaker services. They inspect the house monthly, make sure all the lights are working, let in repair people, and assure that the house is secured. This was especially important during the recent Hurricane where we had damage which required securing access to the house by insurance adjusters, architect and numerous contractors who were never there when they said they would be. They always clean and organize the house before we come. Donna and Maureen do an excellent job. They are professional, responsible, and their work is of the highest quality.

+ -1 moreAllesandra came to look at our home, gave a price, we agreed, and she accomadated our schedule immediately. She even cleaned my daughters home after she had some remodeling done. Also, very clean and neat. Very nice and would recommend her service to anyone I know.
Description of Work: 2 girls come once every other week. They are very cooperative, and will do extra tasks as needed. She is willing to change days if I need to change schedules. They are very personalbe, and the house is sparkling clean when I get home. The hardwood floors are especially clean, and I would highly recommend this service.

+ -1 moreI was very specific as to what I wanted done in my home, and she didn't do several aspects of the job, such as scrubbing floors and other surfaces. There were certain rooms that she didn't even touch and things that she did do, were not finished or done well. When I asked her about it, she said that she did to the jobs but she clearly did not. Overall I was very disappointed with the entire experience. I told was willing to work with her and told her that I would pay her if she came back, but she told me flat out that she will not.
Description of Work: She was supposed to clean my house.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Donna and Maureen know what to do and how to do it, bring their own cleaning equipment and do a super job. They are also very friendly and are always willing to do the little extras. They take great pride in doing a good job. They also keep a eye on my house when I am out of town. I am lucky to know them.
