+ -1 moreChris was very professional and thorough. He has a lot of experience. He explained everything to me and his prices seem reasonable. He was very courteous, personable and knowledgeable. He was on time; he had to purchase a part and called to let me know what time he would return. I would definitely recommend him!
Description of Work: Checked newly-purchased house for potential problems related to poor winterizing; opened main water / sewer line from street (required special tools as line is very outdated); updated two toilet tank apparatus (flapper/etc.)
