I hired AMRC Construction for a kitchen and two bathroom remodel, as well as redesigning the first floor of our home. Anthony, the owner as well as his crew were very helpful in walking us through each step of the way and giving great suggestions. Very reasonable pricing and excellent craftsmanship and quality work.

I would like a refund of $8000 .00. For below standard workmanship. Cabinets not custom as I thought were to be. Never meeting with designer as I thought I would. I asked and told I asked why I never met the designer and was told , you never asked to Mr Master spoke to me rudely after I told him the cabinets didn t fit. The counter top has not been installed as I do not want to deal with this contractor again. I have terminated this company as per my lawyer.

We had our kitchen and two of our bathrooms remodeled. Fantastic work and craftsmanship. Anthony, the owner of the company was very helpful and knowledgeable in walking us through step-by-step of the project.

Anthony is a good salesman, and that is it. The work was sloppy and poor quality. A two week bathroom took two months. We constantly had to tell them to fix the work they did. It was delayed two weeks because they broke the shower door (which happens) but they did not even order the door for a week. And when they finally were going to order it they asked us to front the money, which we said absolutely not. Anthony knew we were not happy and did not even bother coming to our house once to check on the project.

When I called Anthony about a quote he promptly returned my phone call and we set up a home visit shortly there after. So the response was quick. In our conversation he commented that heâ s done multi million dollar homes and mine is clearly not that, but I felt that he gave me the Same attention he would to those customers. He made suggestions that were cost saving and he was part of the process from the beginning. His crew worked quickly and efficiently. We did have some hiccups with specific elements to the job but were able to get through them. some bugs we still need to work out but Anthony has been very cooperative and I appreciate that

The project was hampered by multiply delays from permits to material delays. Anthony did his best to resolve each issue and move the project along. I would have liked him to be on site more often but his subcontractors were very good.and did an excellent job. At the end of day the garage extension exceeded my expectations, looks like it was part of the original house and I am very satisfied with the work

Anthony is a great salesman. He told me that the bathroom can be done for $10,300 including materials with his Home Depot contractor discount. I would have a bathroom that looks like I have spent $15,000, but only spent $10,300. I was convinced that Amric was the right contractor. I even thought of having them remodel my other bathroom once this bathroom was finished. The other selling point was that they can start in a week. The job started on time. Anthony said the job will take ten days at most. I took a week off from work to be home when they started work. In the first week, they completed about eighty percent of the work. They did not show up for one day. Anthony called to tell me one of the workers had a family emergency. The following week, they were supposed to show on Monday, but did not show. I had to text Anthony to see if they were still coming. They were supposedly stuck in traffic but will be there tomorrow. I had to take another day off from work to wait around all day. I texted Anthony again. I forgot what the excuse was, but he 100 percent guaranteed that they will be there tomorrow. The next day was the same story. I had to text Anthony again if they were still coming. Again, he said he will make sure that they will be there tomorrow. The next day, they did show up and finished up, but had to come back, because I was not able to turn the hot water on in the shower. After that, I had to wait another two weeks to have the bathtub reglazed and the shelves in the medicine cabinet replaced. The shelves were thrown out when they did the demolition. In the end, it took almost a month to finish. It cost me $11,800, not $10,300, and four wasted vacation days from work just to sit around waiting for people who were not going to show up. The bathroom does not look like I spent $15,000 on it. It does not look like I spent $11,800, it does not even look like I spent $10,300. You would think that painting the trimming around the door would be part of the remodeling job. I just wrote this ordeal off as a learning experience. I do not have any more days from work to take off to wait for they nor do I want to deal with them anymore.

The work was repairing, sanding and painting a wooden front porch deck. The work was prompt and thorough. They were a pleasure to work with.
