Northern Jersey Plumbing and Heating

Marco, the owner of NorthernJerseyPlumbing, was recently performing work for my neighbor at 162 Oakland Road, and was very disrespectful of me because I am a woman. He was parked in the driveway that I share with that neighbor. When I asked if he was leaving (because I wanted to know if I could pull in or if I should continue to park in front of my house to allow him the easy access he provided himself), he said, "What honey?" I asked him not to call me honey, and he said, "Why sweetheart? What's wrong, darling?," all the while laughing and looking to the other workmen who were outside the house with him. This kind of disprespect and bullying is so offensive, and creates an environment of fear. I will never hire Northern Jersey Plumbing; I would not allow them in my home or near my children. Please join me in providing feedback to this company by letting them know you will not use them either.

What stood out to me about the man who came out was his professionalism. He was very knowledgeable. He has been in plumbing for a very long time and he knows exactly what he is doing. His pricing varies depending on the previous jobs that he did for me because there were some jobs that I felt like he could have been more price fair.
