We had an oil tank removed and sewer lines installed by another company and needed new sidewalks installed. We hired Hand Gold after reading the reviews and the competitive quote. Very professional when my son met them at the rental property and I was emailed a quote that night. The earliest opening was May 10 but they showed up May 8, a Sunday at 7am. When an issue arose, they installed a wall, filled it with dirt and a small garden replaced the one that had been removed by the prior contractors. It looks beautiful. Their work is impeccable. No debris was left behind, cleaned up efficiently. Forus they are a 10 Star company and we are so glad we chose them to do the sidewalks in Jersey City.

The recommendation of the bricks from Eric is good. The team of father and son from the company did a great job. They built a retaining wall and power washed driveway and applied polymeric sands on it. Both are great. The wall is beautiful. In addition, they applied gravels with a sheet inside the wall to provide the water drainage. The worker also provided suggestion on the sprinkler system that was in the wall, which was a smart recommendation. I will recommend them.

Hired to replace and repave front path and steps. They are hard workers who carefully and neatly completed the project, including replanting flowers along the path. I was very impressed with the price and the result.

The wall they built was not straight and I had to tell them to close with cement around the bottom of the wall. The dirt, rocks, and debris they dug up to install, they spread that over my lawn. Now my lawn is a pile of dirt, rock, and debris. I asked for to come so later I can at least replant my lawn, to no avail. I would never recommend these guys for anything. Their professionalism stinks. They were also supposed to install a gate at the front entryway and remove the previous gate that was there. They did remove that gate. They were also supposed to install a gate in the driveway. Another company installed both gates. They were supposed to install a fence and gate at the back of my house of which I paid them to do and this has not been done. I would like to have my crooked wall straightened and my fence and gate installed.

Hand Gold Construction did an awesome job demolishing my old concrete steps and landing area in the front, replacing it with pavers, adding hard scaping in the front and finally removing old concrete from the backyard and replacing them with new pavers. The exterior of my house has been brought to life thanks to Hand Gold Construction .They were professional, courteous, and punctual. They completed the job when they said they would. I would highly recommend them for your home improvement projects.

Hand Gold Construction has done an excellent job completely replacing the bed for steps with concrete blocks and 6 of 7-ft long treads. All risers and the side wall were finished with concrete. The work was started on the scheduled date and time and everything was done within less than 2 days. Thank you
