We hired Val to repair our kitchen ceiling which was damaged from a bathroom leak directly upstairs and to install a new bathroom floor. We left it up to him to pick out a suitable color for the floor tiles, and he installed tiles that were a perfect match for the room decor. He also, at no additional charge, cleaned up the old caulk around the tub and recaulked it. While he was there, we also had him recap our chimney and replace the old faucet stems in the bathtub. All in all, his crew showed up on time, accomodated our special needs and did an excellent job. We are keeping his contact info for any future jobs we may need to have done.

Val was great from start to finish. He gave us a great price on the roof and while he was there asked us what else we were doing to improve the home, and he ended up sheet rocking our living room and tiling our kitchen with perfection and got all 3 projects done in 21/2 days. I would highly recommend this company for all construction needs.

I highly recommend Val. Same day I contacted him he came and gave me an estimate. A few days later he replaced the chainlink gate for a larger opening, Repaired another fence area, secured all gutters & leaders and other misc. repairs including cement work for a reasonable price. I will contact him any further repairs.

Established Construction contracted me immediately after I posted on Angi. They came to give me the estimate the next day. The work was done the day after I excepted the estimate. You couldnt ask for better service or nicer people to deal with.

We called ESTABLISHED CONSTRUCTION to replace & reattach several pieces of aluminum siding fascia that were blown off one side of our home during a severe wind storm and to seal up a few areas on the other side of the house where birds were nesting in the eaves. Val gave us a very reasonable estimate which included doing the work right then and there. A few short hours later all the work was complete and done very much to our satisfaction. Fascia has been replaced, the birds are gone. My wife and I both agree Val is very friendly, upfront and honest; not one who promises one result and then doesn't deliver. We will always consider Val (ESTABLISHED CONSTRUCTION) first for all our future home repair needs.

Definitely Recommending Val, he did a super job of power washing our pool deck and retaining wall and then applying a new finish to our old concrete deck and walkways around our 18 x 36 in-ground pool. Looks brand new! He also had a railing installed going up the 3 steps to the pool deck. Workmanship was excellent and completed within a week. We will call him for future projects. Had a great experience with Established Construction when I needed to have my front masonry steps rebuilt and new railings installed. Got a great price quote from Val on a Thursday, awarded the contract on Friday and work was performed a little over a week later. The rebuild was completed in one day and the railings were installed the following week. The work was professionally done and the new steps and railings look great. I was also pleased that everything was cleaned up and the scrap bricks and railings were hauled away. I would highly recommend Established Construction for any kind of work that is needed around your property.

I've used Val previous and gave him a recommendation so when it came time to fix my back stoop/steps I called him.
