Val (owner) is neat and does excellent work. Cleaned up debris every day. On time. He could improve by describing what he plans to do, or how he plans to do something. I have a lovely walkway now, but if he had told me that the border color (18â , 9â each side) would be the same size as the center color(18â ) on the three foot wide part of the walk, I would have had him lay it out differently.. You must watch his helper, Primo, like a hawk. He laid grass where I told Val I wanted the grass, then covered it with 4â of soil. All that work had to be undone. Yes, I recommend the business, and my walkway is beautiful, but one part would have been different if I realized how it was going to be laid out ...before...the pavers were cut. After that it was too late.

Our front steps were cracking and crumbling and I hired Established Construction to resurface all 14 steps, replace four limestone tops to four steps leading up to the house and set a wet concrete slab at the top of the stairs. They took care of all these projects in less than two days with great results. They kept us informed of progress through the entire project and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the work. Overall we were very satisfied.

Val from Established Construction LLC, very polite and professional. Val and his worker Angel worked the entire day in my backyard. The concrete and stucco were crumbling and the steps to the basement door as well. Val did an amazing job repairing and replacing the concrete. They clean every thing up. Val also went beyond & above as a courtesy pour concrete on a broken step in front of the house. I will highly recommend and will use his services in the futures.

Val & Dan quoted the job the same day I called. They replaced one chimney and repointed the 2nd chimney. They also replaced 80 feet of our fence. The job was well done and I would recommend them.
