The company arrived the day of install to realize my custom made awnings "blew off the back of the truck". They installed the railings and told me they would soon come back to install the awnings. Many, many calls were made to the company. Some were answered, some weren't. When I spoke to the owner, I was promised multiple dates for completion because they were busy doing other jobs. This occurred over several months. I did not ask for a refund, because I only paid them for the railings and that is what I got. Finally, after more than a year, I had to contact another company to do the awnings and when I mentioned COD to them, they laughed. They knew this company and the owner (and his son) by name and it is obvious I am not the only person they have done this to. This occurred a while back, so my date of service and approximate cost might be off, but my story is spot on. As I am typing this review, I checked on the BBB website and there are 2 complaints listed in the past 4 months. Obviously, things have not changed. I have never written a review anywhere, but I feel people should be aware of what you may expect with this company. I would avoid them.
