The guys called ahead, arrived on time, were polite and kept the homes clean while working. I arranged to have them perform the same work on 3 homes all on the same day. They were thorough and efficient. I would hire them again in the future.

Arranging services was easy, they came when they said they would and called me when they were on the way. They put a drop cloth down and cleaned up afterwards. Overall good experience and would not hesitate to hire them again! I have often felt taken advantage of with other companies as I do not know a lot about these type of tasks and they will try to tell me things are wrong that aren't to try to get more money out of me. I absolutely did NOT feel this way with this company and will seek them out when I need something else done in my home as well as to call them again in 2 years when I need my chimney swept again. Highly recommend!

These guys were great! They came out to evaluate a problem with leakage from beneath my gutters. They climbed right up on the roof, analyzed the problem, and gave me a solution - which I did not need to engage them for. When I offered to pay for their time, the response was, "we give free estimates." I was very impressed with their promptness, expertise and integrity. I will certainly use them for any future roofing jobs.

My experience working with Taner at AJT Complete Construction has been great and I look forward to working with them many more times in the future. This review is for the following: 1. Did a full replacement of the flat roofs for my multi-family. This was a difficult job as the previous owner had simply kept adding layers. They did a great job on the demo + replacement + silver coat. They did ruberoid torch smooth (modified bitumen). Also replaced my gutters. 2. The chimney at the house failed inspections when I was purchasing the property. The whole thing was basically falling apart (with previous owner having done some awful owner-repairs). This was also a difficult job, but AJT was able to rebuild the chimney basically from scratch, installing a new chimney liner, making the proper connections all the way to building the chimney top. Passed inspections. 3. The front yard section of my house was a mess. It was extremely poorly built out, with the concrete actually directing water INTO the foundation of the house. Previous owner simply had installed a sump pump, but it was a mess. AJT completely demo'd, and built new concrete directing water away from foundation and creating an area that people could sit and enjoy the outdoors. In addition they demo'd and rebuilt the perimeter brick-work along my front property-line. The brick and limestone work was very well done, and has received a lot of compliments. Easy to schedule. Workers showed up on time. Very professional and polite. Cleaned gutters and tune up gutters for a small house with only a few gutters.

I've had problems with this since we bought the house fifteen years ago. I talked to a lot of contractors over the years, but the leak kept coming back. The house is a 1920 build. I bought it with 20 years on a thirty year roof. Converted to three units in 1943 or so (from the toilet lid). The attic kitchen was projected out of the roof line with a cupola and flat roof. There was an occasional leak into the second floor kitchen just below. First trip- Sent two guys, one of the roof for an hour with a hose trying to get it to leak. Couldn't. Second trip- came out after a heavy rain and a confirmed leak (on the floor of the second floor kitchen). Opened the ceiling of the second floor kitchen, took a face full of cellulose insulation, (and left no trace I could see when I got home that night.) Opened a wall in the third floor (attic) cupola and chased it up the wall. Third trip- installed 6' x 10' flat roof on cupola. New drip edge and professional work. $2000-, which I consider pretty good for a small but full day job in New Jersey. The leak got better. A week or two later stains were observed on the second floor ceiling, but not where the wall was open where water had been discovered before. (I left that front wall open. That kitchen is currently storage.) They didn't make it to the floor. Fourth trip- Flashed low on the front of the cupola and thought that was it. More stains after it. Fifth trip- came out and put a tarp over the work are as we were leaving for vacation. More stains observed after we got back. Sixth trip- Came back, ripped out 18" from the third floor cupola all down the roof to the edge. No additional charge. Haven't had a problem since.

In spite of more rot than we expected, AJT did a great job. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. We're very happy we hired them and would do it again if we needed them.

Our front and rear steps had to be completely rebuilt, so I reviewed Masonry Contractors on Angie’s List and other internet media web sites including the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs and I ultimately narrowed my search to 5 local contractors. After meeting the contractors and discussing the required work, I decided to hire AJT Complete Construction in Lodi. That was a good decision; actually an excellent decision. From the initial meeting, through contract review, and to the finished project, AJT was fantastic. IMO - Taner (initial contact), Mike (foreman) and Edward’s crew are the best. The price was reasonable, yet competitive and the crew was excellent. They arrived every day on time; started work immediately, worked diligently, answered any questions and CLEANED THE WORK AREA before leaving EVERY DAY. And the finished steps look fantastic. IMO - if you have to rebuild or install brick entrance steps with bluestone, please look into AJT.

I have had a chimney leak on and off for years. Over the winter it got worse and I reached out to several companies on Angies List. AJT responded immediately and set up an appointment to diagnose the problem. They arrived on time and spent 20 minutes examining the problem. They told me what was happening and how to solve the issues. The other companies that responded, spent almost no time examining the issues and wanted to do a lot more work at a lot more cost. One used scare tactics, telling me we could have a carbon dioxide leak and that we were in potential danger. His fixes were estimated at almost $14,000 compared with $3,200 at AJT. We scheduled AJT to do the work which was repointing the chimney and water proofing. They arrived on time, did the work and cleaned up perfectly. A few days later we had another bad rain and it leaked just a little. AJT was back immediately and re-water proofed the chimney again. Since then no more leaks and the chimney looks great. They were honest, responsive and reasonable. You cannot ask for more. I would use them again.

The company gave me a competitive price with payment plan. Also they were very professional and clean up. We had several delays due to the weather. However so far despite rain there’s no leak in the second floor. I recommend this company to anyone.

I chose AJT Complete based on Angie's List recommendations and my own impression after speaking with the owner, Taner, and the foreman, Mike, and one of his key assistants, David. They are excellent in every way, professional demeanor, responsive, attentive to detail, willing to negotiate and collaborate, timely, excellent workmanship, providing top notch results. In fact, during an investigation of severe roof leaks causing a lot of interior damage, they discovered the cause which was clearly due to the prior roofer's negligence: no plywood had been installed over the roof decks causing shingles to fall off with exposure. AJT photographed and discussed their findings, recommended an appropriate path forward, and they completed the work seamlessly. No more interior leaks, and proper drainage has been restored. My family and I have, over the years, trusted roofers based on a first meeting and a neighbor's reference. However, in the end some turned out to be unreliable, unprofessional amateurs trying to represent themselves as reputable: showy brands, nice trucks, and slick sales people. This resulted in having to redo projects and spending a lot of money. With AJT Complete, we believe you get what you pay for! Please stop looking around, call AJT Complete for your roofing/construction work, and know that you will be dealing with responsible, hard working people with integrity, qualities that have, regrettably, become rare. The best chimney company I have ever used. Everything has been wonderful.

The servicemen were courteous and professional. They did a great job of removing the squirrel from our chimney and installing a cap. They also recommended repairing the cement crown and completed the job efficiently for a reasonable cost. We will definitely be using them again in the future to replace and upgrade a section of gutter in front of our house. It’s hard to find good chimney guys and this company seems to run a good operation.

Michael from AJT was able to fit my chimney inspection in at the last minute and arrived on time. He spent quite a long time trying to locate the source of the small leak noticed in 2nd floor ceiling. He then came to the conclusion that the chimney was not the problem at all, but he then went on to locate the REAL ISSUE. It was outstanding service and I would definitely go with AJT in the future

This was a longstanding leak worked by several contractors over the years. AJT said sensible things and did sensible things and, knock on wood, it's finally fixed. I've had half a dozen people out on it over the years. The leak was in a second floor kitchen, under a dormer for a third floor kitchen. AJT came out and said they need to send a crew out to spray water on the roof and see if it would leak. First people to offer that. No joy, no charge. Just before Christmas 2018 we got a 24 hour rainstorm that was enough to get the roof leaking. They came back, poked a hole in the second floor ceiling, poked a hole in the third floor kitchen wall and found water leaking through the wall from the roof over the third floor and through to the second. No sign on the third floor. They installed an new roof on the 6x10 foot flat roof on the third floor dormer. Said the old roof was too short (it may have shrunk, predates my time owning the house). Came through the latest storm without a problem. Thoroughly impressed by how clean the second floor kitchen was after they had to take a load of cellulose insulation in the face opening the ceiling.

Jorge and his colleague were prompt. Jorge greeted me and went straight to work. The following service was provided, removed loose and broken pieces from the existing crown and installed a new high collar cement at top of the chimney.

Michael and his worker cleaned all the gutters and secured both the gutters and downspouts. They also sealed the nails in the upper roof. Most importantly, Michael showed my husband and me a photograph of our chimney, which is in need of repair. I appreciate that he brought it to our attention. Next, they blew off the gutters debris from our property. Without hesitation, I would hire this company again, and I would share this business information with friends and family.

AJT Complete Construction did an excellent job on my home. I had my gutters cleaned and also had some repair work done on them as well. They also repaired some cracks in the foundation and brick steps. They also sealed the edge of my driveway where it met the foundation to prevent water from entering the basement. I also want to mention that David went above and beyond in meeting my requirements. He made sure I was happy with all of the work. I would highly recommend AJT Complete Construction.
