Prompt and on-time estimate. The guy came out to do the work when he said he would and the work looks fine from what I can see. He left a small amount of concrete debris in the front yard, tossed the garden hose on top of my shrubs and also knocked one of my solar gutter lights off. There was also a discrepancy between the quote and the bill, but we were able to work it out. Overall they were punctual and pleasant to deal with and I think they do quality work.

Brian and his crew came and cleaned out the gutters super-fast and really thoroughly! While they were on the roof, they noticed that the chimney was in pretty sad shape. We knew this from our home inspection - but hadn't done anything about it yet. Brian talked us through our options for fixing it and making our home safer against weather and pests. We agreed on a course of action and the crew came back in less than 48 hours. They fixed all our issues from cap to furnace pipe in one afternoon. It was fast, easy and affordable. Looking forward to having them keep up the maintanence on our gutters and roof in the future

This is the third time we have used AJT and again we're amazing. Brian was our guy this time and he was a perfectionist. He went the extra mile to completely level the apron of our driveway. He made sure to explain every step to my wife and took before and after pictures. I really cannot recommend using AJT enough to people. The price was less than all other providers but I cannot imagine anyone else would have done as amazing work as they did.

The appointment was easy to make. Mike was the contractor assigned to our job. He was on time, courteous and overall just great! Upon inspection he found some major problems with our chimney and gutters/roof and provided pictures to support the severity of the problem. We had major cracks in our chimney with parts of it crumbling on top. Our gutters were in poor shape and there was moss growth on our roof. He told us what was urgent and what could wait. He provided advice on how frequently we needed to maintain our roof and gutters. He was honest and provided a fair price for the roof repair and cleaning. I would definitely recommend AJT, and specifically would recommend Mike for the job. He even provided before and after pictures of the repair. He completed the job in about 2+ hours and cleaned the area after he finished he job.

All around positive experience; very satisfied! AJT Complete Construction is clearly a company who puts customer satisfaction at the top of their list. The entire crew, especially Brian, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Brian is a man of his word, and did EVERYTHING possible to get the work done around my schedule, and to make sure I was highly satisfied with the crew and the work. A special shout out to Juan also, who, while waiting for cement to dry on a chimney repair, used some extra cement to repair a loose step on my porch; without asking, and at no extra charge. This is a company who takes pride in themselves and their work, I highly recommend them!

The roof and gutter work went well, in fact, the back gutter was lose and there was wood rot as well, so I got estimate for work to fix the problem. The fireplace was another issue. The fireplace in our home is an old heatilator system which is quite different than other heatilator units. I called Tanner ahead of time and questioned whether the person coming would know how to clean this time of unit. He said Mike would be coming and knew how to clean this unit. Mike did clean the fireplace pretty good, but left quite a bit of creosote on the smoke shelf and the side walls. I called back and Tanner said he would said another person out to fix the problem. David came the following week and really did an excellent job. No fault of Mike's as he never say this kind of fireplace before. Although is is old, we keep it in excellent condition and works very well. I went ahead and contracted for additional work on the back gutter and the front steps on our home.

Very well. Mike, the owner, is fabulous to work with. Their work was clean, efficient, timely and well-done. Mike made recommendations for a few "problem" areas that was much appreciated and very creative such as re-routing a gutter downspout that had been flowing onto the driveway to the front lawn, well hidden in the shrubs.

Michael gave me a call the day of to give me a one-hour time frame of when he would be at the house. His assistant arrived before he did and got to work right away. Cleaned out the gutters and swept the chimney as part of the Angie's List deal. Very clean, including the chimney sweep. Ran through some trouble spots with me, he will be emailing me quotes to do the work but also gave me some DIY workarounds that will be effective fixes in the short run. Overall I'd recommend their services and would use them agian.

Gutter Cleaning - I have gutter guards so they were not doing a conventional cleaning. Called in before to see if they were ok. Mentioned two spots where I thought there was a nest. The guys just took care of the one that I was sure had a nest there. The guys thought the other spot didn't have a nest (they didn't go up to see. My wife thinks otherwise). Roof Tune Up - Nothing was done to tune up my roof. They didn't even step on my roof. I mention this to the guys and they said that there is nothing they can do to tune it up. Inspection - The guys climbed up the ladder to inspect the roof. They pulled up the starter shingles. They didn't secure them back up to the roof. Had a follow up call to confirm that this wouldn't cause any issues. Will definitely monitor. The guys were nice. When they stepped on my property the goal for them was to sell me a roof. I think the quote was very fair. However, wasn't too thrilled with this Angies List big deal purchase. I think the deal is too generic. My house is 2 stories but it is higher than most. I think the guys didn't want to go up to the roof and check on the other gutter because of this. I would think twice before getting an Angies List big deal in the future.

We really bought this as we knew our chimney needed to be cleaned. They basically told us our chimney was terribly dirty, almost sounded as if one of the worse they have seen. They cleaned our gutters and made note of a few things that we might want to change (we have one wooden gutter that is rotting). They also told us we have a area where the chimney and roof meet where the seal is starting to separate. He mentioned he can re-tar it for $600 minus the AL credit or we could do an aluminum or cooper plate but didnt recommend it bc we would need to rip out once we re-did the roof. Overall, they were quick, responsive, honesty and clean. I wasn't there but my wife raved about them and how quickly they did the work. I am going to have them come back to fix the seal and look at a few other projects we need to have done outside the house.

I waited to post this review until I felt confident that repairs were done correctly and would hold up. I’m happy to say that the work done by AJT construction has proven to be reliable and that I am well pleased. The back story is as follows (for those who want details). Some shingles along the venting cap on my roof came loose during a high wind storm. I hired AJT to fix the shingles and clean the gutters as well ASAP – which turned out to be two days later - Christmas Eve 2015. They showed up on time – were very pleasant – and went right to work performing both services. Problem came to light while they were up on the roof. Up on the roof, Mike from AJT took cell phone photos while I was on ground watching them work. Cement capping on chimney was badly cracked and flashing had holes, all of which was allowing water seepage into the attic dormer (which I would not know). I was REALLY upset that this was happening, since I had hired another A-rated Angie’s list contractor to install a chimney liner and do a complete re-do of the top layers of bricks and the cap on my chimney and reseal flashing only 4 months prior. Being that it was Christmas Eve (and I was leaving to be with family out of state), I hired AJT to remove the old cement work and re-do it so it would have time to set (since weather was unusually warm and therefore it would freeze, and crack again). I held off writing this review until I could be sure that AJT repair would hold, and it does appear to be just fine when I check through binoculars. I then contacted the company that did the original work and insisted on a refund, which I got. All in all, happy with the work done by AJT and would definitely hire them again.

I tell him to do something and he just does a proper job. The price was okay. I do not like that he does not do the job with details. I went up on the roof and looked at the gutters and the job was not completely done.

The guy was suppose to provide me with an estimate and he never got back. He came, saw the work needed to be done and said he would get me an estimate. I never heard from him. I sent him a text asking for the estimate and did not get back to me. I thought maybe if the work was too far, but he could have at least sent the estimate so I could have taken it to another place. I have not heard anything. He turned up on time, cleaned the gutter and looked at the roof. I am disappointed he did not get me an invoice. He was pleasant. He took a photo and was suppose to send it. I thought it was a good price for what it was.

It was all good. They came on time, they explained what needed to be done. They went to buy the materials, and explained how they couldn't find the same base without having it milled at a very high cost. They explained how they could fix it with what they had found. It was my choice, and I went with the less expensive way. It came out just great. Based on my experience, I would use them again.

The finished job looks good. I thought that the price was a little high.

Brian and Arturo were on time and great to deal with. They cleaned out the gutters and offered advice on what we can do to keep the gutters clean. They were personable and honest. We look forward to doing business again with them and AJT.
