+ -1 moreThey only did about 50% of the services that i purchased. They didn't do any roofing or chimney repairs, but they did clean the gutters and the chimney. I wasn't pleased with the work and I would not recommend them to anyone.

+ 2 moreIt was horrible. They were supposed to put a plastic sheet across my fireplace to seal in the debris. They "forgot" to do this and my living room was so dirty it was unforgivable. They also broke a window in my basement and tried to hide it, which they did for 48 hours and I ended up with mice in my basement. I am still trying to clean my basement. Everything is covered in soot, something they did not alert me to. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: I hired this company to clean my chimney and my gutters. They ended up replacing my chimney for $6,000.00. I would never let these people in my home again.

+ -1 moreProvider has very inconvenient hours. Scheduled for Saturday to make sure it can get done, provider called 20 min before appointment time to cancel. Have a lot of excuses and was rude. Showed no interest in finding a time that works for me even thought he was the one who cancelled and only 20 min before appointment time.

Description of Work: Brick on exterior of house had moss growing in it. It had to be power washed, cement ground, pointed and sealed. They also sealed the foundation to stop water from getting in and other misc. work. I dealt with Taner. He was prompt, professional and knew what he was doing. I am very satisfied.

There was no pressure at all but we decided to hire this company to do some additional work for us at what I believe is a very fair price. A further review will follow after the rest of the work is completed. I am optimistic that some on-going issues may finally be resolved.

+ -1 moreAmazingly professional, turned up on time worked away outside, had to work inside and outside to make necessary repairs and installs. Cleaned up with no sign of anybody doing any work. Worked around our moving work schedules meaning we had to leave them to finish without anyone being home. Overall they were great, all workmanship is covered for 10yrs too. Will be using them again when we need any other work doing.
Description of Work: Inspected Chimney and Roof and made minor repairs to roof felting. We had them return and make needed Chimney repairs and Install a cap, which turned into a bigger job of needing a new liner to bring to code

We got 4 quotes and these guys were the second lowest cost but we chose them because they were personable, professional and helped us to plan and visualize the final result more clearly. The went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with the result. We have gotten a lot of compliments about how good the results look, including numerous strangers ringing our door bell to ask who did the work. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We needed our front steps and landing totally remodeled, the path from the front steps to the driveway to be reconfigured and the apron at the end of our drive totally redone. The also re did some broken sidewalk sections for us.

Was honest about the work that I needed and didn't try to oversell me on repairs that I didn't need. It was very easy to schedule the next appointment and they were also extremely flexible when I had to reschedule. The roof/chimney repairs were completed by a 3 man crew in one day. They were professional, the workmanship was extremely neat and the cleanup was flawless. I'm very happy with the entire experience!

They cleaned the gutter and checked the chimney. There is no much done regarding the roof, except they did sweep away tree branches fell on the roof. Total time spent is about 1 hour.

+ 4 moreI used AJT after purchasing a deal for a chimney/gutter cleaning, and roof inspection. The gutters were cleaned; however, my chimney was in too poor condition to be cleaned without causing more damage. Mike showed and explained everything to me in length. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. We originally scheduled the job for a Tuesday, but Mike accommodated me by pushing it to Saturday. Due to the chimney's ability to vent properly worsening, and was emanating a strong smoke odor. I could tell that Mike was very concerned with this hazardous condition. The job went extremely well, and Mike made himself available afterwards, for my questions.

They definitely encountered a few issues with our chimney mid-project, which is the original on a brownstone initially built over a century ago, but managed to effectively work through them and never once tried to renegotiate on price. We actually had an unrelated problem with our boiler, which turned out to be related to a safety override, but Mike was available at 8am on Sunday to take my call and even offered to stop by and check it out. It is currently very difficult to find contractors available for almost anything in our neighborhood so it was a relief to have someone show up on time, complete the project, and charge a reasonable rate. Definitely at the top of our list for future projects.
Description of Work: Removed Damaged Clay Flues and Installed Chimney Liner.

There were some minor leaks that they should have fixed as part of the package, which they refused to. Price was okay! Responsiveness was good, scheduling was easy. He was on time. I did not meet him, I was not home at the time, so I cannot comment on Professionalism.
Description of Work: For gutter cleaning and maintenance and in the advertisement, it said they would fix certain things.
