Description of Work: Came to clean the gutter and inspect roof and found that the entire chimney had collapsed to the basement, knocking the furnace pipes off and damaging them as well as creating hazardous monoxide conditions. Postponed other customers and spent 8 hours rebuilding the chimney, showing me photos every step of the way. I cannot praise enough the professionalism and courtesy of this group, especially the extraordinary foreman.

I like to explain what happened in your particular case: We came to your home on our first scheduled appointment and you had another company working in and around where we were scheduled to service your home. Our policy for various reasons from liability to business practices does not allow us to work alongside our competitors. I personally called you at that time to explain why we had to reschedule and we did. The 2nd appointment it happened to be raining and we again called you to inform you we can not service your home this time due to weather. Unfortunately my office marked your file as COMPLETE in error and it was filed. I was not aware of mistake until your review. I apologize about this inconvenience as there is no excuse and this is not reflective of our company. This was simply a human error. We would like to try and earn your business again.
