John Howard was terrific. He provided a quote over the phone, was able to fit me into his busy schedule within a day of my call, arrived at my residence promptly and not only replaced the two damaged screens but also repaired a panel that blew off from the last storm, for which he DID NOT charge me. His responsiveness and professionalism were a refreshing contrast from the other mobile screen repair person servicing my county. I highly recommend Tri-County Screen for onsite window and door screen repair.

I called John after reading his reviews on Angies list. He quoted me a price over the phone and his price was very competitive compared to local businesses offering the same service. After discussing our schedules we agreed on a day for him to come out and do the job. He showed up right on time and was very friendly and accomidating. I originally had silver screens and instead went with the darker screen based on his explanation of the difference. He did a beautiful job and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend him.

Went very well. I was skeptical about a mobile screen repair service, but the price was comparable to a local place where I would have taken my screen frame, and he was able to do the job the same day compared to over a week at a local place. John was punctual, professional, and efficient, and he did an excellent job on the screen. It looks great.

He showed up and assessed screens, provided an estimate, replaced screens within about an hour, took down storm windows and placed screens . Very friendly, responsive, appreciate the extra help with placing switching out the screens.

John's service was very prompt and professional. He made the appointment within a couple days of our call, and he brought an example of a pet-resistent screen, which was very helpful. Everything went smoothly and cleanly, and we'd be glad to use his service again.

Very professional and pleasant. Worked on the driveway since my garage was not available. Not only did John repair my screens he also repaired one that was totally bent out of shape from Hurricane Sandy and ready to be thrown out, but he fixed it like new at NO CHARGE. I know he didn't charge for it because he gave the cost of repairing my other screens before he came to the house and had not seen the broken one. Will certainly recommend him to neighbors. Called in AM. Was able to come out within hours. Showed up at the time promised. John was professional, neat and though not requested, also lubricated the screen door track so the door would slide more easily.

He was punctual and professional when he came to give our quote. It's a busy time of year, so the work was scheduled 2 weeks later. He took care of everything while we were at work. It looks fabulous and now we have a functioning outdoor space.

Excellent and courteous service. Showed up on time. Finished promptly. John did a great job. he checked over the screen and made sure that it was ok. He noticed a slight issue in the screen and advised me he would try to smooth it out or he would re-screen. He also went above and beyond by making sure that the screen door closed smoothly and put wd40 on it for me (without me asking).

Yes, she did have to wait for an appt,- because this guy is busy and it's no wonder he is in demand: Prompt response time at first inquiry, ( So important! Who wants to be put on hold or wade through an endless menu of phone choices?!) On time for the appointed date and time, speedy, professional service - he does the repairs right in your driveway, no hassles, no fuss, no mess. All in all, he replaced five screens.- removed them from the windows and put them back.. What was even MORE IMPRESSIVE is that she had other window screens plus a door screen with minor tears, the gentleman told and showed her how she could easily repair them and not go to the extent of a full replacement. Imagine that! Not trying to soak the customer and not trying to rip off a senior!! She was just so happy to find someone easy to deal, and said he was just the most pleasant, friendly repair person, she'd ever come across. PLUS, since she is a senior, he did honor the senior citizen discount AND adhered to the initial price quoted on her first phone inquiry. Such a great level of service deserves to be praised and passed on.!

I contacted John to rescreen my windows with an anti-allergy screening material I found online. I suffer from extremely bad seasonal allergies and often cannot open the windows during the spring and fall, instead running the AC when its in the 60's outside! John told me up front that he had no experience with the screening material, but that he would do his best. John came on time and equipped with all of the tools he needed. He was willing to climb over my bed to get to one of the windows and to help hold a window AC in another one in order to perform the job. John worked with special care because of the unfamiliarity with the material. The job took about 45 minutes in total and was extremely well done.

John was punctual and professional. He called the day before to confirm our appointment and honored the quote he gave me over the phone. While here, he told me that one of the wheels on the slider was broken and that he had the part to fix it for an additional minimal charge. By the time he left, my slider was working like new again. I would definitely use Tri-County Screen again and highly recommend John.

My storm door has a built-in screen that needed repair. I was initially concerned that it would be hard to find someone to come out to fix it because it is a relatively small job and even if I could find someone, I thought they would charge me a lot for making a house visit. I saw that Tri-County Screen had excellent reviews, so I called and spoke to John Howard who said he would be more than happy to come and fix my screen, and that the size of the job didn't matter to him. After describing what I needed done, he quoted me what I thought was a very reasonable price of $25 (including an Angie's List discount) for the repair. He offered to come the next day, but I wasn't available, so he came the following day and was right on time. He replaced the screen and spline with better quality material than what was originally on the door. He did an excellent job. He was professional and courteous and charged me exactly what he quoted me (plus tax of course). I would absolutely use him again and would recommend him to anyone needing screen repair.

He did an excellent job! There were 5 panels and a door that were replaced. It was a pretty involved project and he did it all in 1 visit. He was experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend Tri-County Screen.

Our screen door leading out to our deck is damaged and does not open or close properly. I called to get an estimate and after describing the problem it was determined it was not something this particular company handles. However, the person I spoke to was so so helpful in advising what needed to be done. Even though this company would not be performing the work they took the time to explain why this issue happened and what needed to be done to fix it so I was educated enough about the problem in order to get someone in to take care of it. I would definetly recommend them and use them if the need arose.

John Howard is the consummate professional. He is prompt, respectful of the home he is working win and his prices are very fair. I was quoted triple the price for the same work by another local vendor. I highly recommend TCS and John Howard, the owner.

John was a complete professional from the first call to the finish of the job. Clearly understands how to do the work, performs the job quickly and professionally, and is very meticulous in cleaning, setting and keeping appointments, and punctuality. I would highly recommend if you have screens that are missing or need to be repaired.

We had a terrible problem with large screens falling out of all of our windows in every storm. John came and quickly diagnosed the problem which was with our windows not being shimmed properly, not with the screens. He showed us what needed to be fixed and examined all the windows. He did not charge us at all for all of the time he spent with us and advice which he rendered. These guys are wonderful and I recommend them highly!

Tri-County responded to my inquiry within 20 minutes. He was friendly and informative was able to give me an approximate cost. We scheduled immediately at a time that was accommodating for me.He came as scheduled on time and was finished within 2 hours all cleaned up and on to his next client. This was a great at home service for a great price with quality work!

Called John Sunday morning. He initially stated he wouldn't be able to come until Tuesday but after discussing for a minute decided to swing by around 12 the same day (Sunday). He asked what the repair was and gave me a quote based on what I told him. He arrived right one time, was very professional and pleasant. He repaired the screen after making sure the color met with my approval. It only took him a short period of time and he charged me exactly what he quoted. Our neighbor saw him working and asked he stop by his house to look at his own screen repair needs, which John did and I saw him actually working on our neighbors screen window.
