Working with Tri-County screens was an easy and pleasurable experience. My phone calls were returned promptly. My scheduling needs were taken into consideration and when I needed to change my appointment unexpectedly Tri-County Screens were understanding, flexible and very courteous. The providers level of experience was notable and he assisted me in making decisions. His recommendations were in my best interest and saved me money. This level of expertise and honesty is a rare find in most businesses today. The finished product is wonderful and I am enjoying every possible moment on my back porch enjoying every minute of summer! The best part of Tri-Countys Screens service is that my new screens will enable me and my family to enjoy my 3 season porch for years to come. Thank you Tri-County Screens!

Great service. John came on a Saturday morning (super convenient not to have to leave work) and replaced 6 window screens with holes, as well as a screen door that was in terrible shape. Took him less time to do all that work that it would take me to figure out how to get 1 screen out of 1 window (~ an hour). Everything came out great. Service was worth every penny. John even downward adjusted the price when the windows turned out to be smaller than I described over he phone. Highly recommended provider.

Even though I had only a small job, it was in no way an impediment to receiving first class service. My screen was repaired on site and the job was perfect. I can highly recommend this vendor and would not hesitate to use again. I just wish he were a plumber or an electrician that would be heaven.

I found Tri-County Screen on Angie's List and sent an initial email requesting additional information. John called me shortly there after to understand the scope of the project and provide a generic estimate of cost. Based upon that information I went ahead and booked an appointment for the work to be done. On the day, John called to tell me that he was finished with an earlier appointment and wanted to see if he could come by the house early. John was very polite, courteous and efficient. In just under an hour he had replaced all four broken screens and was on his way to his next appointment. I was very happy with the overall experience of using Tri-County Screen.

John called the day before to confirm our appointment, he showed up on time, he repaired the screens faster than the amount of time that he estimated it would take, and the price that he quoted me over the phone is what he charged. John was prompt, courteous, professional, and now I have functioning screen doors! I'd work with him again, and highly recommend his services.

Called Tri-County Screen Repair and they were very responsive and professional. Based upon the type of screens to be repaired, the estimates were provided during our initial conversation. (e.g. Patio screen vs. a normal bedroom screen) We scheduled a day and time and they arrived as scheduled. (Even called to say they were running a little early if they could stop by 30 min sooner which was acceptable with our schedule) Completed the work as discussed and am pleased with the results. Will use them again in the future.

John was extremely friendly. After he made the frames and installed the screens for the condo he took the time to show how remove the screens, as well as ways improve the windows When John called me a day before my appointment to confirm, had mentioned he was doing a job in Denville, the town next door, and had already made a point to drive by my place to make sure he had everything to do the job. When a person goes out of their way, to see a job, before they are scheduled to work, it tells you they care a lot about their job.

John came to our home to re-screen and repair two patio doors. He was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. The two doors he worked on were old, bent and were not sliding open. John re-screened, and completely repaired both doors, so that now they work as if new. The screens slide open easily. It was my pleasure to deal with John, and would do so again. I would also recommend him highly to anyone in need of screen repair.

John was incredibly helpful!!!! Where most vendors would have taken advantage of my naivete regarding window screens, John showed me how to remove and install my screens as well as a quick lesson on how to open my newly installed vinyl windows. He advised me that I really did not need as many as I thought. In fact for a couple that had bowed frames, he suggested for the price of him to try and fix to the bowing and rescreen...I could get brand new factory made ones. He was 100% correct. This kind of honesty is rare and I for one appreciate it. I have already mentioned this company to my neighbors and friends and would absolutely recommended John to anyone looking to have their screens replaced.

I am very pleased! John was able to do an excellent job faced with quite imperfect screen frames and initial installation. He was very quick about what he did and totally professional. He set up his work tools in my driveway and was so efficient that he was here only about an hour - and that was with analyzing the problems and completing the work. Additionally he was very proactive in making sure I was ready for his arrival and checked back to see if it was convenient with my to arrive early. I highly recommend Tri County Screen. I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Perfectly done. He removed the screens, brought them out to his van, re-screened them and then re-installed in the windows. Very professional and polite, went without a hitch. Did not try to sell anything additional, and gave an honest opinion regarding which windows needed fixing and which did not. I would absolutely use this service again.

I called John Howard of Tri County Screen. He said he was working in my area and could fit my job in between other jobs if that would work for me. That was great and he showed up approx. 1-1/2 hrs later. He replaced the screen that my dog redesigned trying to get at a deer running through the yard. He was quick, professional, friendly and the slider looks like new. I couldn't be happier. In the future I will put a gate in front of the screen to protect John's masterpiece. At least I know I have this great professional who I can rely on. Thank you John.

It is refreshing to find a repairman that exhibits the qualities John Howard, owner, of Tri County Screen does. His company offers a specialized service repairing torn and/or damaged window and door screens. I had a raccoon tear through my screen door several years ago and had looked for someone to repair it. People I contacted either didn't know how to repair the screen or the job was too small for them and usually recommended me buying a new door altogether. I lived with the torn screen door for too long and my neighbor saw Tri County Screen's ad in the Independent Press newspaper and cut it out for me. I called John Howard immediately and began the process of getting my screen door repaired. John was professional, courteous and conscientious on the phone and in person while on the job. I am grateful to find this service and wholeheartedly recommend Tri County Screen to others.

A pleasure to do business with,prompt,professional and quality work at a very attractive price. Neat,clean and great communication. Easy to reach and responsive in dealing with calls.Did not have to wait two or more weeks for an appointment,work done right here on the property and best of all the job was done right the first time. To think I almost went with someone local who would have charged me three times as much just to come out to the house-Thank you John would use you again without hesitation. If only every contractor was like this-john gets an A++ grade from me.

Fabulous service!!! Expert repair!! Why BRING your torn screens when you can have them repaired for the same cost right at your home! All in one day!!!

I contacted John, described what I had and was looking for. He gave me an estimate ever the phone, we put a date in the book and on that day the work was performed. John is very personable and I will definitely use him again if the opportunity arises. The estimate was as quoted and the screens look lovely. It is nice to be able to open all the windows and allow the breeze in and not the bugs.

Excellent! I called yesterday and set up a date for Thursday but asked John to call if something opened up before hand. He called last night and said he was now available as another customer had an emergency. John is super professional, and detail oriented. He put the screens in window screens in place, and adjusted the tension on the slider to our liking. I was going to just drop the screens at the hardware store as I had in the past...but will never do this again. Door to door service, you cannot beat this!! Bonus, he is great with dogs!
