AMAZING!!! Cristina and Dan shortly after putting together a contract became like friends/family. Cristina spent A LOT of time with my parents and I picking out tiles, plumbing supplies, and more. She was never pushy especially when I kept searching for purple tiles which are not easy to find. When tiles that I finally found were discontinued she was caring and made every attempt to find the tile which was 100% unavailable. She was available even during off hours including the Friday after Thanksgiving when my mom and I searched all over for purple tile. She was extremely helpful in putting together ideas and showing how things might work out. She spent a lot of time coming up with a perfect vanity configuration for me - the perfect one being 4 or 5 options later. She even came to the house to assist with ideas once renovation was on its way. Dan has been amazing. He greeted me every morning with his special "good morning". He respected my privacy within my house, worked extremely diligently and explained things step by step including asking questions for preferences. He created the shower box on his own which is also amazing. Another favorite is his saying how beautiful things are which is beyond true. Furthermore, he was so trustworthy that he was able to be in the house without anyone here and when my parents were away he even was setting our alarm when he would leave at the end of the day. The business is family oriented and I had the wonderful opportunity to meet many who helped in so many ways. At times they even helped me with some odd lot item which they did not have to do. They worked throughout the holiday week including on Saturdays. Each person who came into our house through them setting it up (electrician, etc.) were kind and worked to get the job done correctly. My bathroom is absolutely AMAZING. It is peaceful and serene and there is no way to describe Dan's artistry and Cristina's help. You can need work done and hire anyone or you can hire Dan. I highly recommend Dan over anyone else possibly out there. I've seen renovations be done prior in my house. There is nothing like the business and work done by Dan and Cristina. I will truly miss the "good mornings" and "beautiful".

I could not be happier with my new kitchen that was created by Cristina (design) and Daniel (craft.) The kitchen was completed over six weeks ago, and I still smile every time I walk into the room. Everything looks beautiful, and Daniel is a true artist. The backsplash wall of tumbled tile is proof of his talent. Daniel was at the project every day, and everyone involved in the construction was friendly and polite. If a construction project can possibly be pleasant, this one was - everyone involved was committed to quality. The work was done quickly and carefully, and Cristina was in touch about any detail or change so that we were always completely informed. Cristina’s advice was excellent, and the suppliers had beautiful choices that fit our budget. We highly recommend Puglisi Renovations!

Went great. Beautiful job. Person that we had to look at it was a husband and wife. The husband came out and did the tiling. He had a helper but they did it himself. They did excellent work. Master of the craft. He was efficient. Took a while to do the work. But he came when he said he was going to. Estimated that it would take a while. Work was completed as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful experience, our bathroom is soooooo beautiful!!!!! We chose Puglisi through Angie's list and we were a little reluctant because we never used them before, WOW, so happy we did!!!! He is a perfectionist with his work and we received so many compliments from our friends. His wife was also so helpful and made the whole process painless. She guided us every step of the way. Please do not hesitate to try them, trust me you will not regret your decision.

We have discussed remodeling our bathroom and kitchen for a while. We met with folks from a retail store and then found Puglisi Renovations through Angie's List. Cristina and Daniele were very personable and open to our schedules. After meeting with them we decided to go with their company. We made the right decision. They are both very knowledgeable, professional, and have many contacts, which was helpful in finding materials. Cristina filled out paperwork for the permits and responded to all of our questions/emails promptly. She also made herself available to go with me to look at materials. Daniele was on time, careful to protect the area around his work area, and meticulous in his work. He gave his professional advice on changes he thought would make for a better design. We had purchased some materials(tiles, etc) ahead of this project and he made himself available to pick it up for us. My mistake was not talking to him before I purchased these items. Lesson learned! He did an excellent job in remodeling the bathroom. We are now looking forward to having Puglisi Renovations remodel our kitchen this fall.

They were prompt, cheerful & courteous . They kept the dirt to a minimum, vacuuming every day. They've gone above and beyond. They warranty their work and were very professional. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

In short: It went amazingly well! As usual we obtained 3 quotes from Angie's List providers, but as soon as we had met Christina and Daniele (the owners of Puglisi Renovations, we knew we would choose them. From the start they were very responsive and highly professional. The work started and ended on time, no time or cost overrun. Daniele (and his nephew Brian) worked quietly (important as I worked from home during the renovation), no music or loud conversations. They also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each work day. Throughout the project, Daniele and Christina communicated very well with us to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. They asked the right questions (showing their expertise) and provided great suggestions. Puglisi Renovations is a small family business, this means that everybody involved has high stakes in the job and is highly motivated to provide a fantastic service. Daniele learned his craft in Italy and demonstrates this 'old-world' approach to quality and attention to detail and design in every part of the job. The demolition was done in a day, went much quieter and cleaner than expected and Daniele took care of all the debris. He started rebuilding the powder room the same day. The tiling was done perfectly (we had requested a very clean, modern pattern with minimal grout lines). In previous winters we found the powder room to be very cold and therefore asked Puglisi Renovations to check the outside walls. It turned out that there was hardly any insulation (the house was built in 1936) left, so Daniele insulated all the outside walls and installed new wainscoting throughout. We should have a much warmer powder room next winter. He also built an 'extension' to our wall to ensure that the gap between the toilet tank and the wall was not too big/awkward (we had been stuck with a rough in of 13.5 inches, so had to go for a 12 inch rough in toilet, which left a weird gap in our previous layout). Daniele went out of his way to get some missing material (I wasn't able to leave the house for a couple of days) that we didn't have ready. At the end of the project, a large and very heavy mirror needed to be installed. We weren't sure if the wall would support it but Daniele managed to put it up securely and it looks great. Our powder room design is quite modern and Daniele supported the look by building simple and elegant shelving and using contemporary accessories for installation. The end result is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. I still find myself walking up to the powder room just to look at the finished work and admiring it. We couldn't be happier with this job. We highly recommend Puglisi Renovations without hesitation and will happily hire them again when the next suitable job comes up. They are a gem!

Within the first couple of minutes of meeting Cristina I knew that we had found the perfect fit for our job. We had received several estimates from other contractors prior to meeting Cristina and I was blown away at how different and professional Cristina was at our initial meeting, she took an abundance of notes and made me feel incredibly comfortable immediately. Daniel much like Cristina is as rare as they come, he was prompt and courteous every single day. We were blown away at his craftsmanship and his work ethic is unlike anything I have experienced (I don't think the man takes a break lol). In a time where customer service is hard to find Cristina and Daniel know how to make a customer happy. They were both so helpful throughout the process of the entire bathroom remodel, they kept us informed and answered every question and concern. Since Daniel finished the bathroom remodel we have been looking for other projects around our house for Daniel to work on in the future. We could not be more pleased and happy with Puglisi Renovations, I would recommend them to anyone. They are a 6 on a 5 star rating.

Puglisi Renovations are an absolute marvel. They took us by the hand and really made sure we made the correct decision for tile and tub. They promised that the work would be completed in a certain time frame and they delivered. They were polite and knowledgeable.

I contacted Puglisi Renovations through CL and was replied to almost immediately by Cristina, who handles the back office. The communications about quotes, pricing, availabilty were perfect, either through email or phone. I had a 50 year old bathroom in a one bedroom condo which needed everything - a new bathtub, pink and black tile removed from all the walls, vanity removed and replaced, shower and vanity faucet installed, new vanity installed, new wonderboard and greenboard installed, new tile around the bath, new mosiac tile installed on the floor and the toilet reinstalled. In addition to the bathroom, Puglisi also installed a new tile floor in my kitchen. All this work was done in 3 days! Puglisi was extremely knowledgable, the crew very neat and the work was all done with very professional details and results. Everything really looks perfect and I would highly recommend Puglisi Renovations.
