Description of Work: Repaired gauges in front fender and replaced part of bumper assembly. Paint touch-up. Everyone was helpful and professional. Finding them could be a challenge because they are located behind the local Shell station.

+ -1 moreNorthfield Collision is one of the best auto body shops I've ever dealt with. They are friendly, helpful, prompt, honest and very reasonable. I had an incident with a metal sign falling on the side of my car and had to look for a new body shop to do the repairs. I found Northfield Collision here on Angie's List and am so glad I did. I went to see Dina for an estimate on a Saturday morning and she gave me an estimate quickly and right on the spot. I then brought my car in on a different Saturday and left it there to be repaired. I expected the repairs to take about a week, but they were done in a matter of days. Dina called me to ask me to come look at the job they did so I could see what I thought, which I thought it was nice to be given that option (I have never been asked to come see the repairs before coming to pick up the car). I went to see the job they did and it looked amazing, like the scratch had never even happened. Not only does the car look great, but Northfield Collision saved me a lot of money! I also noticed that they washed my car and it looks all nice and shiny now that I have it back. I will be back if I ever need any other auto body repairs done to my car and will recommend Northfield Collision if anyone ever asks me where they should take their car for auto body repairs.

+ -1 moreThey are excellent, their pricing is great but the thing is you cannot find them, they are hidden in a gas station and that's a problem because they are so great that they should be prominence, they should be in front of the gas station. They keep dogs in the office and the dogs are wonderful and very friendly, it was a very nice atmosphere and experienced. My wife said they are very professional, they did a great job and they had a unique way of doing a bumper. They get the bumper, they painted it match the car.They did the front and back bumper. For the estimates it takes about 15 minutes and for the bumper repair it takes half an hour and they get the bumper on. The critical thing is you can only easily get in there by going East town from South living Eastern Avenue. Definitely we will give them an A+.

Description of Work: I came to Northfield Collision because I had a dent in the front bumper of my car. There was also some paint that transfered on to the bumper . John Condron at Northfield Collision was incredibly helpful and was able to pop out the dent, and take care of the paint. He could have charged me to replace the bumper, but instead was able to take care of the issue manually. I would recommend Northfield Collision to anyone who is in need of auto body work.
