The technician arrived on time, was super fast, very polite and cleaned up after himself where ever he went in the house. He fixed two doorknobs that were loose or not closing properly just because, and made sure that every lock was operating smooth and reliably. The work was top notch. A little pricey, but top notch quality and service. You get what you pay for and they were totally worth the money.

Wow- what a great experience with this team! I called the office 11:15am, they arrive at 11:30am and had my lock figured out and open in no time! Great response time, excellent customer service/focus, and our service tech trouble-shot the issue easily and even walked me through his process. I would highly recommend this group for future needs.

This is an and quot;old-schooland quot; hardware store -- full service, and with an actual storefront rather than just an 800 number. They know their specialty well and were very helpful. If I needed more work I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

The gemtleman who came was very professional, helpful and punctual. He re-keyed two locks and changed one so that all were on the same key. I would definitely use them again.

Called and got someone on the phone right away- asked if we could have someone come today as my door was giving me a hard time and I was afraid it was going to break. Someone was here within 2 hours and did all the work- clean, courteous service.

Moving into a new house, we needed to change the locks. The locksmith performed the work quickly and thoroughly, even correcting an existing problem with the bolt. He was professional and friendly. I would use them again.

THEY SHOWED UP VERY SOON AFTER I CALLED. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME INTO MY HOUSE WITHIN A FEW MINUTES. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN, BUT HOPEFULLY I WON'T HAVE TO.
