Inspection was extremely thorough, and Mitchell was on time, courteous, and provided a very professional and detailed report that put me ease about understanding all aspects of the house I am buying. Literally every "Crack", leak was in the report, including many notes of previous work done on the house. I called about 8 different home inspectors in the area before selecting Mitch. He gave me the best price (by a large margin), spent a significant amount of time during the initial call explaining exactly what he would do and provided an example report. When it came time to do the inspection, I was not disappointed - his inspection was through, his report detailed and he was always available by text/phone call for any follow up questions. Unfortunately, the first deal fell apart (for reasons unrelated to the inspection), so I hired Mitch to inspect a second property, as I was quite pleased with his work on the first. The second property was a large, old, unconventional home built into the side of a cliff - not an easy job for an inspector by any means (inspection took nearly 5 hours), but I was just as pleased with the work. After seeing Mitch's work on two separate properties, I would recommend him to inspect any property in the state - you will not be disappointed.
