I called, someone answered. When I told them the problem, the call was disconnected. I tried their online chat and when they found out the issue, the chat was terminated. If you can't help me, that's fine. But to simply terminate the conversation is unacceptable.

They were extremely fast, dependable and reliable. They usually come out to the house the same day. They will fix the computer or printer and they also provide any equipment that I need.

I thought that they were pretty good. I bought a computer from them because the second time I had some problem with the same system and it was really an eight year old computer. I was little disappointed with the cost as the computer didn’t have a couple of different options that I wanted and that which I liked. But overall and in terms of repair I liked them. I think the company is owned by husband and wife. The technician was very knowledgeable. The reason why I purchased the computer that time was that it was convenient at that point because he had a computer in the truck that was along the line as what I would have got instead of going around and purchasing one. I think I paid a little more but it was very convenient and he did all the installation which was part of the charge. The computer didn’t have the option of inserting the memory card and most of the new version has got that option. If I had a problem then I would certainly call them but if I had to purchase a new computer then I think I would look around little than going with them.

Called and they scheduled at my convenience. They quoted an hourly price. Technician arrived on time and spent less than an hour diagnosing the problem, redoing the set ups, reinstalling software. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. Then he spent a few minutes with me at the end telling me what I should be looking for in a new laptop since I am going to need a new one shortly. I would abosolutely call them again and ask for Bob. Much better than working with tech support over the phone (when they don't speak english and I know more than they do) and very reasonable hourly rate. Most of the computer companies charge for tech support now anyway unless you buy a maintenance contract. I would rather leave the contract and call these guys.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. HE WAS ON TIME. HE RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY. HE CLEANED UP ANY MESS THAT WAS MADE AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK WHERE HE FOUND IT. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
