They have a group of 3 or 4 workers out to do the cleaning. The cleaning is done as if my wife did the cleaning.

In the end, my experience with Clean World Company was negative, which is detailed below. On the positive side, I found them to be very flexible if I needed to change a cleaning date as well as friendly. They performed an excellent job for the first two months (particularly the first time cleaning), after which time I started to see a significant decline in the quality of the cleanings. More often than not, the cleanings would appear rushed. Items on furniture surfaces, such as tables, would be pushed to the back indicating that they had not been removed for cleaning. I would find household in odd locations, such as my toilet cleaning brush in a cabinet and a hairbrush in the cup I use as a toothbrush holder. On at least two occasions, the cleaning staff spilled an incense burner full of ashes onto the carpet, staining the carpet and failing to clean up adequately from the spill. In addition, this firm required me to provide cleaning supplies and would use, on average, 5 rolls of paper towels per cleaning, despite the fact that I provided washable cleaning cloths and sponges for this purpose. I found this practice needlessly wasteful. On the day that I released them from service, I came home to find cleaning supplies left out around my home, including a bottle of furniture polish located under a sideboard.

Fantastic. They dusted the lighting fixtures, cleaned the basement, and got rid of all the dog hair. Great company, and the women take pride in their work.
