A SUPERIOR POOL SERVICE

I initially contacted A Superior Pool Service in 2017 to begin servicing our hot tub. I requested that they come ever other week on a regular basis, and at the end of each month, to please send me an invoice reflecting the month's services. Since both my husband and I work, we relied upon their service to make sure our hot tub was clean and healthy for use. Meanwhile, I would routinely call their office and it was normal for no one to answer the phone and seldom return any of my messages. Not only did A Superior not come to service our hot tub on a regular basis, but they never submitted invoices to me in person or via snail mail at the end of each month seeking payment. Not knowing when they came to service the hot tub, (since we were always away at work) and having never received any invoices for services rendered, I suddenly received a bill in the mail on 12/27/18 for $671.97 reflecting services dating back a year. Their communication skills and business organization/billing skills are horrendous. I do not recommend them to anyone whatsoever.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT MAKING SURE OUR POOL IN RUNNING PROPERLY. THEY CLEAN AND MAINTAIN IT VERY WELL. ALSO, IF I AM HAVING A PARTY AND I NEED THE POOL SERVICED, THEY MAKE SURE TO COME OUT AND CHECK THINGS OVER.
