+ -1 moreI had an annual contract with Browns for preventative maintenance and for priority if an emergency occurred. Multiple times I was cancelled on the day of the appointment often without any notice. Very unprofessional and the worst customer service that I have ever experienced from a service provider. Very sad for a business that prides itself on being a mom & pop shop that cares for their customers. I cancelled the contract because they never fulfilled their obligations to actually make a visit to ensure that my systems were in proper working order.
