Satisfied NJ

We called Satisfied after another contractor partially demolished our front steps unnecessarily during what was originally meant to be a simple repair. Albi arrived promptly and assessed what had been done by the other company, and what was needed to correct and repair the mess, without having to rebuild the whole structure, as the other contractor wished to do.. He and his crew performed the job and the results are stunning. The steps are gorgeous; better and stronger than ever. Albi also wrapped and dressed 4 columns on our front porch with aluminum, and they look brand new. He also power washed the steps, and cheerfully rehung planter hooks and house numbers on the columns. I thoroughly enjoyed working with these gentlemen. Albi is a true professional, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of masonry and home exteriors. He put our minds at ease at our first meeting, and throughout what began as an extremely stressful situation, and will we certainly use Satisfied again.
