Description of Work: They sanded, stained and refinished hardwood floors in living room, dining room, and hallway as well as replaced the risers and floor treads on our staircase including staining and finishing. These floors had not been refinished for probably 25 years prior. Floors were sanded, and stained a beautiful chestnut color. I feel like I moved to a different home! I am beyond pleased with the final product.

Description of Work: The guys who came to perform the actual work were courteous, respectful, and professional. I had to leave the house for a few hours and felt very comfortable leaving it in their hands. The company doesn't use day laborers, which is great because Day Laborers are uninsured and can sue you if they get hurt on your property. Also, the guys working at Cronin have been working there for years and know their trade. I will use Cronin again.

Description of Work: I used Cronin to refinish my hardwood floors. Overall I was pleased with the work the crew did. They were on time, did what they said they were going to do, and did a nice job cleaning up when they were finished. I faced some challenges dealing with the office in terms of getting an estimate, and scheduling the work. I felt at times that they weren't appropriately responsive.

Description of Work: Stripped, sanded and stained hardwood floors. Did it quickly and efficiently. Gave an estimate with and without moving the furniture. It was not possible to do the job without having them move the furniture so that added $500 to the cost.
