Mr. Malek did an excellent, professional job in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. He was courteous, helpful and dependable. I would highly recommend him for any service you might need. I definitely would call him for any project I have in the future.

Pete was punctual and professional. He started working on the project right away. He described what needed to be done and explained to me what options I had to best accomplish the job. His crew was very thorough and did an excellent job. They removed all the weeds in my backyard. The yard looked very clean and spacious when they finished the job. The cost was very reasonable. He was very honest and courteous. He gave me some advice on other projects I am planning to do in the future. I am very satisfied with his work and I had a very pleasant experience working with him. Pete tackled an unruly hedge and defeated it admirably. He had to come back a second day when his equipment failed and got the job done. I would certainly hire him again for any number of household tasks.

Pete was very punctual and as soon as he got there he started trying to work on the projects, When he saw my deck already had cement footings, he disclosed this to me and did not charge me. He was honest in the things that he could do and what I should have done. He helped out with other little things along the way. Peter is extremely good at many types of renovation work. I have been very happy with all improvements he has completed and have scheduled more work to be done. I explain the problem and he can come up with a solution that is just what is needed and also keeps cost effectiveness in mind.

We contacted Pete a couple of weeks back about some spot painting required throughout our home, knowing that some of the painting would be quite difficult. From the moment that Pete visited our home to provide an estimate, we were impressed with his professionalism and courteousness. Based on the excellent reviews we saw of his past work and the very fair price that he quoted, we decided to give Pete a try. For the 2-1/2 days Pete did painting in our home, he was on time and dedicated to get the work done in a quality fashion. Likewise Pete made every effort to keep the home neat, which was not easy based on some of the tough places in the homes that we asked him to paint. Finally having a dog at our home who usually does not take well to strangers, Peter instantly made friends with her, thus minimizing a worry that we had about bringing a painter into our home. Bottom-line we were extremely pleased with the work that Pete performed in painting various sections of our home. He is a true professional, who goes out of his way to make sure that all aspects of his work are done to the satisfaction of his customers. Based on the high degree of professionalism demonstrated by Pete, I would heartily recommend the use of his services for those needing either a painter or handyman!

Service was excellent. It was a big job. He arrived early and finished late. Yard looks great!!

We asked Pete and his co-worker to come over so we could discuss the work with them. They looked at everything on our list and let us know whether or not it was something they could do or if we should hire someone else. We especially wanted their opinion on the condition of our roof - the sealing between the roof and the chimney had a small leak, but since the roof is getting older, we wanted to know whether we should just repair the leak or replace the roof completely. They looked at the shingles and the beams and confirmed what we were thinking - that the roof is still in good condition and the leak could be repaired. We felt it was great having someone like them looking at it, rather than having a roofing contractor. They know what they are doing yet are not under any pressure to sell a roofing job. The communication with Pete was outstanding. He provided us with an approximate quote and we scheduled a day for the work to be completed. Because of inclement weather on that day we had to reschedule and Pete took responsibility for that. A week later Pete and his co-worker came back and completed everything. They were very respectful and polite; work efficient and professional and are honest. Also very important - they left everything clean. So - to sum it up: we would (and will) hire them again because we know that they'll give us an honest and reasonable quote and perform the work in a professional way. They are also the kind of people you'd invite for a walk-through to list repairs that need to be made or things that need attention and get an honest opinion.
