We were not happy with them. We had a dispute in June of last year and they did not show up in August. A couple of times they had gone to the wrong house and so we did not get treated. The customer service was really bad. One time we paid the tech, he had lost it, and we were sent to collections. The last six months of service, they said that they would be out one day and did not show and did not call. We would not use them again.

They were incredibly unprofessional. Everything that could possibly go wrong, did go wrong. I signed up for a year, and now I have to deal with the fact that they have horrible customer service. I had to spend so much time on the phone just to try and get appropriate service. It's not worth it.

They are very thorough. They are very determined to solve the problem. They are very professional, they all wear uniforms with ID badges. They are very customer oriented, if I have to cancel an appointment they are very accommodating about rescheduling it around my schedule. I haven't checked their price against anyone else, but I am very pleased with the results. The mice are gone.
