Jeff and his team did great work for us putting on a new roof. There was excellent communication regarding the job, the timeline, and updates along the way. Their attention to detail and pride in their craftsmanship was apparent. For example, we saw the crew chief measure and remeasure a section several times to ensure the perfect fit. They were also very efficient. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor and don’t hire this company. Jeff who was a friend of ours installed roof and a skylight in our home . I complained in 2014 about intermittent leaking on one side of house. Called him then and he said he would come out to take a look. He never did. Issue got worse and worse. Finally had a real roofing company take a look. The shingles on the one side of house were put in backwards and the skylight was installed incorrectly. Ultimately costing me !$700 to fix. Called Jeff two weeks ago and again verbally he said “I don’t remember doing your roof!” When he realized that he kNew who he was talking too he said he would come take a look. Never did.

Update/Previous Review: Three months later the roof was leaking. My mother tried to call them repeatedly and got no reply. She had to call another roofer to do the job they should have done in the first place. I finally got some one on the phone and when she realized who I was she began screaming at me. Telling me they didn't call back because we A) filed a police report. B) gave them a bad review. C) tried to stop payment on the checks. She also had the nerve to claim we still owed them money because of the stop payment. A complete and utter lie. They would have come after us by now. They also have the audacity to claim that we planned the whole thing. I guess the other reviews here are all made up and they planned it too. If I had a business and had a customer that unhappy I'd try to remedy the situation. Not make up lame excuses and aggravate things further. She also stated they called their attorney and are suing me for slander. They should look up the definition before doing anything else to make their situation worse. Now I am definitely going to sue them.

We called for a leaking roof. Their representative Anthony came over to evaluate the situation. He went up on the roof and told us $700.00 for the repair and we also needed roof maintenance. Checking for loose nails soft plywood etc. He stated if we did it at the same time it would be $1000.00 otherwise if he had to come back it would cost an additional $750.00. We told him $1000.00 was too high so he came down to $800.00. We gave him half down and the rest when the work was completed. Two days later he came back with a couple of guys went on the roof and was done 10 minutes later! Before I could get outside they were gone! I went on the roof to see what they did and the only thing they did was "paint" some roofing tar around 6 flashings. I called them immediately and of course got no answer. I tried to stop payment on the first check and it was cashed 20 minutes after we gave it to him 2 days earlier! I stopped the second check and that's when they remembered our phone number. Anthony came over demanding payment while he tried to justify the outrageous charges. He did his dance explaining we can't hold it against him because he's a fast worker. He then bragged about being able to put a whole roof on our house in half a day. He then asked if we don't have to pay him if he did a roof that fast. I told him fast is fine if you actually do some work. I could have gone to Home Depot, got roofing tar for about $40.00 and duplicated what he did for $800.00. I filed a police report for theft by deception. If I wasn't leaving for the Caribbean the following week I would have gone to civil court to file a law suit. I have 2 years to do so and that's exactly what I'm going to do when I get back. So now they get to spend a day or 2 in court and they get this great review. I have detailed and dated photos to show the judge. If he agrees what they did is worth $800.00 then so be it. Not only will I never ever call those crooks again I am starting an online campaign against them. The only reason I gave them a C for responsiveness and punctuality is because of how fast they ran over to get their money. P.S. They only accept cash or checks. Now I understand why. DO NOT CALL THESE IDIOTS FOR ANT REASON!

I basically got a call from my mother in law and was told that she was harrassed by the owner of the company and his son. They basically lost a roofing job to a competitor. They were told they lost the job because of their pushiness. Jeff was told the third time he called her that she was still doing her due dilligence, and needed more time. He then called her 1 more time, She advised him that she wasnt done yet and would let him know as soon as she decided what her decision was. At this time he advised her that no one can bet his price, he is Mr. Little Falls and he owns that town. She received another call from them today and they asked her if she had made a dec isionand she then said that she "is going in a different direction" . They were abrupted with her on the tell phone and said we will be over to pick up our samples. Once they arrived today they were very rude and very nasty to her. The son was very disrespectful to her. He told her ythat she is gonna have leaks, damage, and the trust him the building inspector will be there to make sure of it. That is a very disturbing statement. Is it a threat, I think it is. You decide. Jeff the owner of the company did nothing to curtail his son's behavior. My mother in-law said that is no way to speak to a potential customer, they didnt seem to care. My question is would they of acted that way if I was there , or my father in-law. Makes you wonder how they get most of their business.

Our conversation was brief. I felt he was trying to take advantage since I am a woman.

Did not keep this and other appointments for obtaining estimate.

I felt that I did not get my money's worth out of this deal. I did not think the flashing repair was completed.

Prompt, professional and reasonable!

He came out to repair the problem. It hasn't rained since he's been out but he told me to call if there were any future problems.

THEY ARE A PHENOMENAL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEIR PUNCTUALITY IS OUTSTANDING. THEY ARE WHAT COMPANIES USED TO BE LIKE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY'RE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE CLEAN UP. THEY DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP ALL OF THE NAILS WHEN THEY WERE DONE. ALSO, THE TRIM WASN'T AS NEAT AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED IT TO BE, BUT IT WAS STILL PRETTY GOOD. OVERALL, THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB.

HE HAD TO REMOVE THE SHINGLES WHERE THE LEAK WAS, PUT A NEW LINER IN THE VALLEY AND THEN PUT THE SHINGLES BACK ON. HE WAS ON TIME, GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF.
