Went very well. The work started on time. The workers were very polite and professional and we worked well together deciding exactly where the new bushes should go. I really enjoy my backyard now.

As I said before, the workers were diligent and courteous as they pulled up tons of weeds in the hot sun. They removed plants and took them to another location and replanted them. After they finished, the yard looked a lot better because it had been so overgrown. They did a very good job.

Craig came exactly as scheduled for the estimate which was one of three I received for this small job. He was very professional. He didn't try to sell me on needing any more that what I wanted to have functional, level space for the 15 foot trampoline. I thought he might try to convince me that I needed a retaining wall as another contractor did, but he assured me it was not necessary for what I wanted. His plan and price were very reasonable. He came as scheduled to do the job which was at a time I told him we would be out of town on vacation. I was in touch with him by phone and we came home to find the job perfectly completed as planned. We're very happy with it. He didn't even ask for any advance deposit. He was fine with me sending him a check after we returned and saw the completed job.

I got the deal on Angie's List they were advertising ($360 for 8 hours of landscaping which was 2 guys for 4 hours). We just bought a house in Montclair that had a big, overgrown garden in the front yard and I was starting to feel guilty about how the place was looking from the curb as we hadn't moved in yet. When Craig from Creative Images called me back, I told him I was hoping to get things just looking tidy for now. He was really responsive and met me there the following morning to look over the property - a Saturday. He was very knowledgeable about the types of shrubs, grasses and trees in the yard and gave me some great advice on what to tackle first. In two days, he sent a couple guys over and they really got it looking tip-top. Weeded flower beds, trimmed shrubs, etc. The place really looked so much better in the short amount of time they were able to be there. I'd definitely recommend their services and hope to use them for more legit landscape design stuff in the future.

As promised, Craig contacted us within the specified time frame. He called us the day before the crew was going to arrive. He and his crew arrived early with their equipment, met with us to address any of our questions and then got to work. He and his crew worked tirelessly for 8 hours in the blazing hot sun. The crew was friendly and professional, taking the time to inquire about whether or not we would like to keep a large number of bricks that were unearthed unearthed as the soil was graded. Craig was actually out working with his crew, an uncommon sight these days it seems. The crew made rounds around the treated area to ensure the soil was grade and all weeds were pulled. We could not be happier with the work Craig and his crew performed. Craig ensured we were satisfied with their work prior to his leaving the house. He gave us the bill and it was exactly as expected. We cannot wait to see what suggestions Craig and his team can offer in the future for transforming our neglected yard into a true oasis for our family to enjoy. The owner, Craig, called me the night before the job was to start to inform me that the crew would be arriving at 8:30 a.m. A five man crew came right on time. They were well equipped with a plethora of power and hand tools, from axes, to power shears, long extension cutters, rakes, shovers, and blowers. These guys went right to work, meticulously bringing my entire property, front, back & sides, back to glory. I especially appreciated the care they took to ensure that the gates on my fence and deck were always closed so that my cherished dog would not get out. The workers were extremely polite, and the "crew leader", Elvis, was such a pleasure. Throughout the job, Elvis would ask if a particular bush or area was done to my satisfaction, if the shape of the trimming was to my liking, etc. The guys even went so far as to put a ladder inside some extremely large rhododendrums in order to cut out some dead branches.Once all the cutting, trimming, shaping & weed removal was completed to my satisfaction. they mulched a special shrub garden area of my yard. Lastly, they blew out my entire property unlike any landscaper had ever done before (including the vendor that does my weekly mowing). Craig came by the next day to check out the job and, of course, to get paid. While here, I asked him a few questions about particular shrubs and plantings in my yard. He is incredibly knowledgeable about plants, photo-synthesis, soil quality....everything! Craig is clean-cut, well-spoken, and visibly respectful of his crew and proud to have them respresent him and his buisness. I would highly recommend your using Creative Images Landscaping. Even if you're not in the position to have a major outdoor construction project done, or have your yard totally re-designed & landscaped, so many properties need smaller jobs like mine. Professional shrub and tree trimming & shaping, weeding & rejuvenating bedding areas, will your home the beautiful surroundings it deserves, keep plants, shrubs, and trees healthy & thriving, and protect your home and cars from damage caused by downed limbs. Also, the recent surge of burlarie is no secret.. If your property lacks lighting, consider hiring Creative Images who are experts in this area as well. Given the downturn of the economy and its persistence, many small business like Creative Images may not be getting as much business as before. Not only am I thrilled with the job done by Creative Images, I am happy that I did a small part in helping support a local small business that sustains local families with children just like us!

Craig called right away and arranged to come by within two days to look at the work. And within another few days he arranged for his team to come by. They arrived on time and worked all day on the front of my house. Landscaping included complete weeding, clean out, and re mulching (mulch was extra but not unreasonable). My reaction when I pulled up at my house from work was "holy sh**". PHENOMENAL job. Craig and team were GREAT! I am already considering using them again for other work in the backyard. BEST Angie's List deal I have purchased so far!

We purchased a coupon for a clean up job. I'd never done a Big Deal before so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Craig contacted me to find out what work needed to be done and then called the day before the crew came out. They did an amazing job, clearing out areas that were overrun with weeds and brush. I was really amazed at what they accomplished in a few hours. It's so nice to have the back area so neat and clean! There's a lot of landscaping work we would like to have done (patio, retaining wall) and I'll be talking to Craig soon.

The entire process went smoothly with three calls: first to set up appointment, then a courtesy call a day before arrival with time estimate and finally a follow-up call. The three person crew were FANTASTIC! They performed 8 man hours of work as expected. The crew promptly cut up the branch and even went to the other property to ensure that the other half of the branch did not remain on their property. They exceeded my expectations in clearing out that amount of ground covered english ivy - and yes, that needed to be cleared out manually by hand with hand tools.

FANTASTIC! Craig called the day after we purchased the coupon. I asked him to call the day before his crew arrived so I can be home to show what needed to be done. Elvis and his crew were punctual and performed all the work we asked for. On three occasions, he asked if they were performing the work as I expected (which they were). Creative Images is a class act! They are professional and pay attention to detail. I look forward to using them again for future needs.

Craig called us ahead of time, showed up on time, and worked hard all day. Our yard is challenging...it takes LOTS of work to get it to look good. We could not believe how Craig and his staff whipped our yard into shape and even cleared out areas that had not been touched in years. They pulled everything up from the roots, which shows that they weren't taking shortcuts. On top of it all, the pricing was really reasonable. We will be calling again!!

Very professional, priced right, on time, and did a great job.. Elvis and crew worked hard for 4 hours and my garden looks great. I would highly recommended anyone to use creative images. I will be a repeat customer.

One word - WOW ! I never used an Angie's List coupon before and was a little apprehensive about paying before the job was even started. However, got an email from Craig the same day I bought the coupon asking about what needed to be done. I told him to start at the front of the house and clean up as much as possible. If they had time, they could move to the backyard as well. Craig and his crew were at my house the next day (which I found impressive). I wasn't at home when they came, but I saw the difference as soon as I pulled into the driveway. I think it's safe to say Creative Images got more done in 8 man-hours than we could have done in a month of weekends. They were even able to do some of the backyard as well. Granted, the backyard could probably use another 8 hours, it is that overgrown, but we are really happy with the work done by Craig and his crew. They cleaned up the debris, edged the beds, trimmed the shrubs and more. Plus, they hauled off the debris. Everything looks so much better. I would definitely use them again! Thank you Craig!

Last fall, we had concerns about the drainage for the sides and back of our yard and left a message for Craig to come to the house and have a look and provide an estimate. He called back right away and scheduled the appointment to look at our concerns. He took notes and came back about a week later with a solution as well as cost estimate. We agreed and this spring Craig's crew began the work. The work site was kept clean, the work was done in about a week exactly as Craig described it would be and we couldn't be happier. Prior to the work, whenever it rained our sump pump would be running on a regular basis. Since this work was finished (and after the May '12 rains), I haven't heard it go on one time. Now about 2 months after the job was complete grass has grown back over the areas where there was digging and it's hard to tell that 2 months ago it was a patch of dirt.We decided to go with Creative Images initially because of our contact with Craig and his responsiveness and professionalism. He explained what he was going to do, was at the work site regularly, kept us in the loop on the progress and is someone who I would continue to and recommend others do business with.

The experience for us was remarkable. Every stage of the work was explained in detail. All our questions were answered and our concerns were addressed. The results were outstanding. Care was taken not to damage any of our property and was left in perfect condition when the work was completed. What was once unusable space is now completely usable.

Overall, the exprience was excellent. From the day we were getting the estimate, we felt that every aspect of the job was discussed in detail so we knew exactly what was going to be happening during each part of the project. The owner, Craig, was involved in the job from start to finish and if there were any questions or small bumps in the road along the way, he was there to right the situation. The quality of the work was excellent and we were very happy with the results. I would definitely use Creative Images in the future and will be recommending them to others. There was never the feeling of them wanting to hurry and get done and move on, but the feeling of wanting to get the job done right, which these days, seems hard to find.

Showed up on time for estimate and when he said he would start and finish job. Each day job site was spotless came back at night to adjust all lights to perfection. My property looks amazing. Thanks to Craig and his guys my backyard is like vacation around pool.
