We had a crew of 8 workers for an entire 8 hour day. A crew of 5 began work on the wall immediately . At the end of the day we weren't sure that we liked the aesthetics of the wall and the crew asked how they could improve it. We made suggestions that they agreed to, and they promised to return the next morning with the equiptment to make the changes. In the end, we are completely happy with the end result, and grateful for the crews patience and professionalism

Craig from Creative Image Landscaping was just excellent to work with on this project. We truly needed someone with great expertise who was reliable and trustworthy and Craig and his company was just that for us. He was extremely quick to respond to my initial inquiry and made himself available to meet at times that were convenient to us. Once the design and quote were signed off, we didn't have to wait long for him and his team show up to do the work. The guys that work for him were hard workers who didn't cut corners. This group was the "real deal" meaning they knew what they were doing and the quality of the work was outstanding. I know this because I had hired previous people who call themselves landscapers and there was no comparison. The job was done in a timely fashion and Craig was there every day to ensure everything was perfect and that we were happy. Fantastic job by Craig and his team. Craig was the most professional of any of the contractors who bid on my project, and his team were hard working, professional, and all-around really nice people to have working at my home. Highly recommended.

My lawn was very dry and dead in a lot of spots and after unsuccessfully trying to revive it for many seasons, I asked around for quotes for seeding vs sod. Even though sod is about 3x more expensive than seed, Craig told me that my lawn would not benefit from sod because of lack of sunlight. Not only that, he was the only one who thoroughly explained how to maintain and care for my lawn after he was done. Craig explained that I needed to water, water, water, and what length to keep the grass so that it grew the best, and to call a lawn company to fertilize and kill weeds. I also wanted to get rid of some ugly shrubs in front of my house so he planted really pretty flowering shrubs. His guys were very professional and got the job done in about two days.

Okay, I know I did not include an "Approximate cost of service" but you know what (?) its nobody's business. I will say, as indicated below, the cost was excellent. Last year, I had my in-ground oil tank removed (this was done by a different contractor). So, you can imagine my back yard was trashed. This year, I contacted several landscapers to look at the job, and provide an estimate. Craig, the owner of Creative Images Landscaping, came to my home as we had scheduled, evaluated the entire job and provided me the cost of the job and when he could start even before he left. His cost was the best we had received from several landscapers, and as I was traveling out of state, his willingness to work within our schedule was very helpful. On the day and time he said his crew would be there, they were there! They had the equipment and the right people to strip off the poor soil used when the tank was removed, add new top soil to the correct height, install new drainage, cut down and remove an old tree, and lay out sod. All done the same day! Not only did he have the right people and equipment to do the job, EVERYTHING was top quality, the top soil, drainage pipe, and especially the sod. AND, the price he gave me at the start of the job, was the final cost of the job. MY BACKYARD HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER. The lawn now is a deep green, very healthy as there are no weeds or dandelions, or anything else growing except the grass (we have even had to cut it three times already. The grass is really GREAT, and we have received many compliments on its appearance. If you are looking for a landscaper, you have to do your own comparisons, make your own decisions, but based on my experience you really should at least include Creative Images Landscaping in your search. I highly recommend them based on their professionalism, timeliness, quality, and cost, and will use their services the next time I have some landscaping to do.

Craig and has crew did an excellent job! We are very happy how our new walkway and steps turned out and the landscaping work was terrific. From the start, Craig worked with us to determine what we wanted and made plenty of suggestions to help us decide on plants and stone patterns. Craig was nothing but courteous and professional throughout the whole process. His staff was neat and got the work done in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend Creative Images Landscape.

Craig of Creative Images Landscaping LLC told us he would have an architect come over review the project and then send Craig a drawing where upon he would give us an estimate. My wife, daughter, and myself heard him make this statement. Several days later Chris the architect came over. We discussed the project, he took pictures and left. A day or two later i received a proposal from the architect for $600.00 to start and another $600.00 at the end of the project for his design. Nothing about the entire cost of the demolition and new construction. I called Craigs cell phone and left a voice message request a quote for the project. The architect called me back and said Craig called him and said we did not receive his proposal. Seems i would have to pay the architect's fee ($600.00) before i would receive an estimate for the job. To date i have not heard another word from Craig.

It all went extremely well. There was a large and knowledgeable crew that performed the work. The plantings were done in one day and the front of the house looks perfect

I had scheduled an appointment for Craig to come out to provide a quote for landscaping services. The appointment date, time, and address was confirmed via text message. Craig never showed up. Had he called, it wouldn't have been such a big deal. It was the first nice weather day of the year and unfortunately, my whole family was stuck at home because we were waiting for Craig. I called his office and cell phones half hour after he was supposed to arrive, but did not receive any response until days later. Craig called and left a message apologizing - stating that it was his wife's birthday and he forgot about our appointment. OK - we are all human. We make mistakes. Especially based on the positive reviews here, I was looking forward to having Creative Images come out. I called Craig and left a message saying that it was no big deal that the appointment was missed and would like to reschedule. Days later, I haven't heard from him. My time was wasted, and that's why this company if receiving the first "F" that I have ever given a service provider.

I have to say that Craig and his team were absolutely great to work with!! Punctual, friendly, respectful and efficient! Let's start with Craig and the consultations / planning side. I had already met with a few contractors at the time so I knew what I wanted. I was removing the deck off the back of my house and wanted to have a patio installed in it's place to make the yard seem larger (only a 50 x 100 plot). I knew the approximate shape at the time and the most important part was I wanted an integrated recessed fire pit. I wanted it completely flush with the patio with a metal cover to go over it that you could walk on safely. I wanted it so flush that I didn't even want handles for the cover; I wanted hand holes cut into the cover so you could still lift the cover without traditional handles which would be a tripping hazard. This was something that he hadn't encountered before so the planning part was crucial. Craig and I went back and forth with different ideas / ways to give me the fire pit that I wanted. I found a 36? stainless steel ring with a metal lip and he figured out that he could lay the pavers onto the lip and leave a gap for the metal cover. He also found a local metal fabricator who could make the lid prior to installation so his team could use that as a template to ensure a perfect fit. And perfect fit is exactly what I got!! Craig was the only contractor that suggested I completely remove the adjacent concrete section of my driveway leading up to a shed and put down asphalt. This made the whole back yard more cohesive so you didn't have 3 mediums (pavers, concrete walkway and asphalt). I have to say this was one of the best suggestions!! It gives the overall space a much cleaner look and allowed them to properly pitch the water away from the patio itself. I had also wanted to use bluestone treads for the steps instead of the traditional steps caps that Techo-Bloc offers so the overall look of the steps didn't have as many breaks between the materials giving it a clean look. I also wanted the tread depth to be larger than normal, I?m tall and so are my family / friends so I wanted a larger area to step onto when coming out of the house. A landing would be too larger and he was able to find 16? treads that did the trick. The installation itself did not come without its own share of adversity, between dealing with the improper delivery of the materials to dealing with my tough neighbor of which I share a driveway (the only access way to the patio area) he and his team still worked efficiently and effectively to keep the project on task. I could not be happier with the quality of work, they even seeded the edge around the patio twice which I didn't know they were going to do. I just assumed I would have to put seed down afterwards. I wish I could post pictures to show the quality of the install, particularly around the fire pit where every surrounding stone had to be grinded around the metal lid by hand! This was executed flawlessly and is the highlight of the patio! I am more than happy with my overall experience with Craig and the Creative Images team! They have transformed my backyard into exactly what I wanted and will enjoy for years to come!!

One word ? Amazing! I contacted Creative Images (CI) after an internet search on Landscape contractors, looking for a local company. We met a couple of days later. Of the 3 companies I had met with, Creative Images was the only company that had the enthusiasm and vision for the project. In addition to a new lawn, planting beds front, side, and back, veggie garden etc. I wanted a deck off the family room which Craig, the owner, push-backed on, since it would only be 18? off the ground. He said a large paver patio was the way to go and he was right. Craig connected me with his landscape architect, Chris, who came out 2 days later. Chris really listened to me during our walk-about, asking a lot of questions to gain an understanding of what I was looking for, which was a traditional, classic look with some mass plantings. The plan Chris developed is awesome, incorporating much of my wish list. Also, very ambitious. He talked about a phased approach, possibly over 2-3 years, to implement his plan, which was echoed by Craig. Every time I wanted to do more Craig pushed back. He kept my goals and budget at the forefront. This was a big project, which took close to 4 weeks. Craig was always available to answer questions at the beginning and end of the day, occasionally meeting with me before I left for work. Emails and vmails were responded to with answers and resolutions, not the usual ?Got your message. I?ll get back to you?. Any issues were resolved quickly and seamlessly. Even now, after the job is done, I continue to get a quick response to my questions on maintenance. I was also doing a kitchen renovation at the same time, and the contractors worked together so as to not hamper each other?s projects. So refreshing! Kudos to Elvis, and crew. They were amazing in their work ethic and understanding of the project. They worked as a team and performed seamlessly, with Elvis keeping an eye on it all. Their attention to detail was impressive. Each day, they arrived by 7:45 and went right to work. Craig was there in the beginning days to review what needed to be done that day. A couple of days he stayed and worked with the crew, particularly the first demo day! The patio they built is beyond anything I had imagined! My neighbors were also very impressed as they were watching it all unfold. CI runs a tight ship. Job site was left neat and clean each day. They swept my driveway and even cleaned up the street. After the demolition, which took about 3 days, coming home, I found a pristine yard, no matter what the stage of construction; equipment, including a couple of Bobcats, and tools neatly parked, stacked and lined up. It always brought a smile, the anticipation of seeing what was accomplished. The end result is breath-taking! On the final day, Craig walked the property with me, explaining what needed to be done to maintain the new plantings, etc., and looking for anything that needed tweaking. This is a professional landscape contracting company that knows how to do it right with the client always in mind! They will be back next month to put in Belgian Block curbing for the new driveway and, definitely, in the spring to put in more plantings for Phase 2.

The work was excellent. Arrived on time and the 4 guys worked tirelessly for over 9 hours in 94 deg heat. They were pleasant and professional to work with and were always stopping to ask if I liked everything so far. I have gotten a lot of compliments from my neighbors on how nice everything looks. It is a pleasure to sit in my backyard now and just relax. I would recommend Creative Images Landscaping.

Called inquiring about a landscaping quote. Received a return phone call later that same day. Set up appointment to have designer come to ask and chat. Very prompt and professional. Estimate was reasonable, but in the end we decided to DIY the project. Very nice people to deal with

The removal and replanting was done one day. There we some soaker hoses that were damaged in the process and had to be repaired (which they do not do). Once they were repaired they came back and mulched. It looks so much better than it did before they started. The owner was very easy to work with and always followed up if I had a question. They were more expensive than other landscapers I have used in the past. They did guarantee the plant up to one year. So if everything comes back next year the extra cost will be worth it.

Our front yard and backyard were in desperate need of attention! The front yard was hit last year by grubs and never fully recovered. The backyard was an overgrown neglected garden that we were ready to convert to grass. Creative Images came in with the best quote and was able to recommend a top notch irrigation company to install a sprinkler system. From start to finish the project took about two weeks, and would have been wrapped up even sooner if not for some rainy days. Craig and his team were organized, on time, professional, and hard working. They addressed any concerns right away and were very responsive throughout the process. Especially considering the large scope of the project, they worked safely and masterfully with all of the demolition vehicles and equipment, and the removal of the debris and installation of the sod went very smoothly. Our end result is a completely transformed backyard and a beautifully refreshed front yard. Craig made sure we were pleased every step of the way and left us with clear instructions on how to maintain our new grass and sprinkler system.

Thrilled!!! Creative Images did a wonderful job on the complete transformation of our backyard! We are so happy with the result and received many compliments from family and friends. Craig's professionalism and his crews' quality work throughout the project while keeping our budget in mind were excellent. His knowledge and attention to detail transformed our previously ugly backyard of dirt and rocks into a beautiful inviting living space we are no longer embarrassed by. Craig worked seamlessly with our deck contractor and landscape designer to ensure success. Calls and emails were answered promptly and were clear and concise. Overall, the result exceeded our expectations and we look forward to contacting them again in the future to re-do our front yard. This is one contractor you will have peace of mind knowing that they have your best interests at heart.

Trimmed hedges and mulched flower beds.

Took longer than expected. There were a couple of days with no one or one person working. Overall Quality of work done was very good. Left behind difficult to remove, entrenched, temporary support used to prop up roof on front door landing as well as some stones that they had promised to haul away. Always at least one worker here fluent in English which I found helpful since I do not speak Spanish. They honored Angie's List coupon after giving me price quote which all companies should do but often don't - many require coupons prior to price quote which calls their integrity into question. Fortunately not the case here.

Crew arrived as planned and quality of work was excellent. Price was excellent as well.

Creative Images' workers were friendly and efficient: they asked me for feedback at one stage of construction of the new wall. The job was completed in one day. It looks great.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The professionalism and skill of Creative Images is reflected in Craig's personal attention and his workmen.

It went very well. Craig was able to schedule his guys to come over on a Monday afternoon and install 6 trees across my side yard; they finished the job on the following Saturday to place down the river stone. The workers on Saturday were professional, friendly and cleaned up everything. It looks wonderful and I'm very pleased with the outcome. In fact, it looks almost too good for my house! Update: the trees are/were getting brown and hopefully they will take. Craig has been very helpful in my requests for help. You'd figure with all this rain, it wouldn't be a problem! Update 1/28/2014: The trees continue to be brown, but Craig has promised to look after them in the Spring.

We did not hire Creative Images Landscape for our project.

I had to have my well pump remover and caused some mess that Craig and his guys were able to get back together with no worries,cleaned up like nothing ever happened as I like things done quickly as well as a stickler about doing things right they are what you need if your meticulous like I am!I'm having them back in the spring to do more work as it's a better time to add plants as Craig knows best.
