Michael is very thorough and goes above and beyond when inspecting homes. we have used accurate inspections 3 times and have been satisfied with every inspection (although not every house). Michael makes sure to explain his findings to you as he is inspecting the house and answers any questions you have. From the roof all the way down to the basement, EVERYTHING was checked. the written report is amazing and such a helpful reference (the photos too!). great communication and always available to answer any questions we had after the inspection.

It was very difficult on deciding who we wanted to inspect our home, well at first it seemed hard. After researching for 3 weeks we came down to 5 home inspectors. Let's just say Accurate Inspections was there and polite when answering our questions. We did not want to compromise on the inspection part of our purchase. It was the right price for an inspection. The price included Radon testing, Termite and pest inspection. Upon arriving to our future home the inspector greeted us immediately. He arrived probably 10 minutes before us, which is absolutely great. Mr. Michael Del Greco already had started his work, but without hesitation provided us his findings. Before stepping near the home, he described how some exterior features were not built to optimum performance. Right then and there I believe we were in great hands. After thoroughly going over the exterior findings we proceeded to the inside of the home. Mr. Del Greco was very patient explaining in clear terms to us what needed to be addressed. We entered the basement and immediately he knew where to go and spot the problems. Only found a couple of concerns but nothing that would deter us from purchasing. He even advised us on what needs to be done once we purchased the home. We pretty much were scared of what we would find wrong in the home though, once we knew what needed to be done it didn't seem quite as bad. For the amount of money we spent for the inspection we are glad we choose Accurate Inspections. You get the service you paid for and more. I have to say thank goodness there are still people today who can do their job for their customers safety as if it were for their family.

Called to make an appointment on Wednesday, appointment scheduled for Sat AM after reviewing several dates and times that were available. Inspector was punctual, professional and well informed. Was provided with complete handwritten notes from the inspection. Complete typed report was available within 8 hours of the inspection.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB INSPECTING OUR NEW HOME. THEY WERE FAST, FRIENDLY, AND THOROUGH. WE THOUGHT THE PRICE COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE LOWER, BUT THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.

I FEEL THAT THIS COMPANY PROVIDES OUTSTANDING SERVICE. THEY GAVE THEIR REPORT IN A BOUND BINDER. I FEEL THAT THE INFORMATION WAS THOROUGH AND THE REPORT WAS PROFESSIONAL.
