I first called a plumber who was recommended by a friend (not to name names) but the plumber I called barely gave me the time of day and had no concern about my issue, or even me, being a potential new customer. I decided to search the web for a Manahawkin Plumber and came across P&R...Bill... I contacted Bill the owner of P&R Plumbing on Tuesday early afternoon.... Bill was easy to contact, great communication as far as the time he would be able to get to my house to survey the issue. He went out of his way to get to me the same day. He gave me a price and said if my schedule allowed, he would make me the first project the next next morning at 9AM to install a new Hot Water heater. At 9AM Wednesday morning, Bill along with Matt showed up and removed old water heater, installed New water heater and brought installation up to code. Hot water running by 10:30AM. I can easily say, Professional, Friendly, Courteous, and well worth the reasonable price for his service. P& R Plumbing gets a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating from me!!!

This contractor is a very clean worker. Good communication. Very friendly and courteous. He went above and beyond the scope of the work, and was reasonably priced as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

owner gave me an estimate a half hour from time I logged on home advisor. he installed water heater 830 am two days later. Did a neat job in two hours. If I needed any other pluming work done I would definitely call Bill to do the work.

Did good work showed up on time

They were fast and efficient. Very friendly and totally helpful, Stayed late just to make sure we had water and the pipes were covered up due to snow on the way. Came back the next day to level out the front yard and even checked out the kitchen faucet for us.

The technician took the time to talk with me to understand the steps I took and then he explained the steps he was going to take. He was respectful of my place and ensure the place was clean when he left. If I had another repair I would not hesitate to utilize P&R again.
