I needed this fixed immediately and I have never had experience with filing an insurance claim before. Leo Yeager took care of every bit of contact with the insurance company, which saved me a lot of my time and hassle. Everything was fixed ASAP and this company was able to get me over $5,000 more than the insurance company was going to pay originally. Leo Yeager was very easy to contact and available to answer any questions I had, no matter how minor. Once he was paid for his service, he would call and check to see how the project was progressing and made sure everything was going as planned. He realized that no matter how often these things happen, it is detrimental to the homeowner and treats your issue like it is his own. I hope I never have to file an insurance claim ever again, but if I do, Leo Yeager will be the FIRST person I call. You will not be disappointed!
Description of Work: I had a massive water leak that caused over $10,000 worth of damage. Two rooms had to be gutted to the studs, including the floor joists and all of the insulation under my house. Both rooms needed to be completely rebuilt from the ground up.

The process went well. I had a restoration crew at the house within a cpl hours. Leo took care of everything. When you are stressed due to the damage, it is nice to have someone who knows how to deal with the insurance company. Leo took all of that stress away.

Couldn't have asked for better ! Exceptional service!!!
Description of Work: Hired Mr. Yeager as my public adjuster to represent me for my insurance company in regards to extensive damage caused by a broken pipe to my home. His responsiveness, concerns, reliability, punctuality, experience, knowledge were exceptional..!! There's so much the average person does not know what they could possibly be covered for on their policies..Don't know what I would have done without him...! In the past I was I believe taken advantage of by the insurance companies because of not having any knowledge..And I can't forget to mention how his commission was also a shock to me that even proves more of his concern for the homeowner..Unlike other adjusters who are in it just for the money!! My 2 words of advice THE BEST definitely triple AAA!!!

 + -1 moreDealing with Leo is an absolutely pleasure but not having to deal with the insurance adjuster from our home owners was even better!!! The professionalism, knowledge and most of all care that Leo provides is invaluable. I felt as if Leo treated my claim as if it was his own. I am 100% positive had I not hired Leo our insurance settlement would have been well under what we deserved!!! I hope not to have another homeowners claim but if I do I will immediately be calling Leo!!!

 + -1 moreThe only thing better than hiring Leo is not having to deal with our home owners insurance adjuster!!! Leo's professionalism, knowledge and care made what could have been a bad experience into a good one. Leo treated our claim as if it was his own and in a very timely mannner!!! I know without Leo our settlement would have been much lower than what we deserved!!! I hope not to have another home owners claim but if I do I will call Leo immediately!!!
