Todd and his crew do excellent work.

The leak occurred a week after my father died and needless to say I was in no position to deal with the situation. We originally built our house so understanding how and what needed to be done was not the issue, we just didn't have the time or the energy to do it. Seaboard's expertise in remediation technology and Todd's ability to deal with the insurance company were invaluable to the success of the project. An adjuster may have been able to get us the same settlement but they don't put your house back together. Todd did it all for a lot less than what an adjuster and a GC would have cost. While it was still stressful to deal with the insurance company and the disruption to our lives, we would not have gotten the same results if we tried to do it without Todd. My advice is call Seaboard!

Great with in 1 hour put water heater in cleaned up every thing,tenant very happy. Also cleaned and checked heater

Todd (seaboard) did excellent job. Kept us informed and was highly reliable. Kept all sub contractors on schedule. Would recommend to anyone.

Started off strong. We were so lost after a fire in our brand new home of 2 years old. Then a 6 week project has become 6 months. Our home still isn't completed. Disappeared for 5 weeks the end of July and told us we needed to get insurance co to approve more work and he needs more money..... and suddenly reappeared and wanted to get the work done. Even though ins. Co. hadnt decided on it yet. But suddenly he wanted to get it done. Came for ONE DAY, then disappeared again, to solicit unfortunate victims of the approaching Tropical Storm Hermine. Refused to give a return date, refused to communicate. Still hasn't been back and will only communicate via email asking for final payment even though the work isn't complete. Claims original scope of work is complete and it isn't. Lied to us and insurance company. Submitted claim for work that wasn't done at all. Buried our window alarm wire in wall then claimed it was never there!!! Had alarm company come and repair, now he won't pay them!!!! Doesn't remember day to day conversations, or commitments. Messy work at the end of the day. Brand new home should look brand new when things are completed. It looks sloppy, uneven, and hooped with caulk. My house is littered with THOUSANDS OF NAILS ALL OVER OUR PROPERTY. Despite being asked many times to pick them up!!! Still have burned materials laying in woods. Shady, sloppy sub contractors, that have no respect for our home or privacy. Used our fire photos for his advertising.... Without our consent. Does not communicate when he doesn't get his way. Has a temper tantrum and disappears. Does the BARE MINIMUM despite the scope of work approved by the insurance company, to maximize his profit and do the least amount of work. Our brand new home should look brand new again. Did the work backwards and now can't figure out why he can't find the source of smoke smell that's locked inside our walls and floors. Now claims he can't smell it. Everyone else can cell it. Even the adjuster, Our guests. Family, company, and the mail man. An absolute nightmare. I would never use or recommend this "company". He is terminated from this project and we will be working with another company to complete the work he didn't finish, and fix work he didn't complete properly. A completely emotionally shattering experience. The fire was bad enough. I should have known when he was the first one at my door the next morning being a fire chaser to run in the other direction. Consumers BEWARE!!!! Find someone else. ANYONE ELSE!! We are beside ourselves with this experience with this inconsiderate, lying, fast talker.
