We were very happy with the results. They take pride in their work and we get amazing compliments from all of our neighbors on the job that they did for us.

The crew arrived as scheduled, removed old gravel to the correct depth, installed forms on the first day and poured the concrete on the next. They were clean and concise and the job turned out as advertise.

I first spoke to Dave, who normally does not service our area, however he was willing to come out and give me an estimate for various things that I had wanted done. The estimate was very reasonable and they began work right away. The excavating was very laborious as we had many tree roots to contend with, but they dealt with the problems and continued to do excellent work. Dave's brother Steve was easy to talk to and dealt with my minor changes along the way (I had a change of mind regarding the step angle). The outcome was amazing and we will be calling on them to come out again in the spring for more work! We get so many compliments from passersby's! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have patio, driveways & walkways done ~ they care about their work and clean up the area when finished.

Procrete quickly responded to a request for a proposal. They were well rated on the site and also had the best price. They got started quickly and were done on schedule. We were concerned about losing a tree where the roots had gone under the sidewalk. They were able to work around the roots and the tree is doing great. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality and cost.

It went great. They continued a walkway 5 feet by 60 feet around my back deck with the ashlar slate concrete stamp. It looks wonderful. Thanks for a job WELL DONE!!!!!

It went very well. I had to communicate long distance with the contractor, Dave McBride of ProCrete, and he constantly kept in touch with me by email. He also helped me with the Township requirements; I appreciated this very much. Everything was done in a prompt manner. The contractor did a great job and I was very pleased with the results. Constant communication along with professional results--these will be highlighted when I give recommendations.

Procrete is by far one of the best contractors I have ever worked with and I have dealt with my fair share. Their cement work was absolutely beautiful, their people competent, skilled and responsive and their attention to detail unparalleled. They took care of issues as they came up that many contractors would have ignored. Their knowledge of the properties of cement as well as how variable weather conditions might affect the pouring, leveling, setting and finishing processes was evident. I contacted Procrete to replace a broken and cracked walkway that was heaving and slanted, cement stairs that were on the verge of caving in and a shower house that had lost so much sand underneath it that the foundation was slanting. I was first impressed by Procrete?s expertise when they came to see what needed to be done and to quote me a price. I mentioned in passing the after rain flooding problem we were having and Procrete suggested that they put in a French drain. This was a great solution to our problem. Not only did they put in the French drain, but on a return visit to take care of other things Procrete noticed that the drain had filled up from the previous night?s rain, so they enlarged it and more than doubled it in size. It now works perfectly. When working on filling in a huge gap under our shower house Procrete discovered the source of the problem- a sewer pipe which was broken, and probably had been for years. This had to be fixed before they could continue, so not only did they diagnose the problem they took the time to contact a plumber to come fix the pipe. Even though I had already called our plumber and gotten someone to fix the broken pipe, the fact that they made this effort amazed me. They spent a long time painstakingly smoothing out the cement after it was poured. Even a renter next door commented on what a beautiful job they did. After the cement hardened I noticed our shed door would not close properly. This happened because as the cement hardened, it expanded and threw the alignment of the shed door off. Procrete was on it! They came back and fixed the problem so that the door was once again able to easily close. Not only that, but they repaired some cracking in the cement along the threshold that took place during this expansion process. Procrete is organized - From Dave who handled scheduling and delegating who would take care of any issues that came up to Mike and Steve who were hard working and professional. They went above and beyond what was required in all circumstances and did a fantastic job in the process! I highly recommend Procrete without reservation for any cement work you need to have done. We would definitely use their services again.

On time, on budget as promised and a pleasure to deal with.

Cost was too high, did not hire. Had comparable estimates for half the price.

The work went well and Dave did a beautiful job. He was very patient and professional and constantly called and followed up with us regarding the work. The work was done in a timely manner and we have gotten a lot of compliments about the fine quality of the work.

They showed up for the estimate on time. Communication was great. We agreed on the price and the approximate time to start. I received a call that they would be there Monday. Again they were on time. He had to break out the settled, cracked concrete slabs, which were right against the pool wall. Great work and it blends in with the existing slabs perfectly. They also cleaned up their work area when they were done. I couldn't ask for better work and nicer people.

Our first contact with ProCrete was a phone call for an estimate that was immediately returned. Every phone call was immediately returned! We made an appointment and had an estimate within the week. We were very happy with their estimate (having had a few other estimates that were not within our budget). We felt very comfortable talking with them about any questions or concerns that we had. They were very professional and courteous and showed up exactly when they said they would! We now have a beautiful stamped concrete patio in our backyard and will enjoy it this Summer and for years to come! We look forward to working with ProCrete again on future projects!

All aspects of the job were done with care and attention to detail. No one wasted time on the job. No debris was left around. The day after the concrete was poured, STEVE returned to remove caution tape, spikes, and lumber used for the forms. He used the soil/grass that had been removed to form the walk and drive and filled in the gaps once the forms had been removed. There were no unsightly gaps and no piles of soil or grass left behind. It was obvious that Steve likes what he does and that he takes pride in his work.

Great job by the crew. They were hard working and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We caught a day that was in the high 30's temperature in January and the father and son team poured an 8' x 36' front porch with colored concrete and a made a gray slate stamped design and added a light gray powder highlight (I paid and arranged for the concrete). They took their time in making sure the concrete slab was poured level and smooth before using a 2 step process in first stamping the slate layered serrations and then setting the slate tile stamps. It was perfection. Very professional. Personable. And just a great father and sons team. They retuned in 2 days later to seal the work which gives it a wet look that enhances the richness of the color. I am amazed how the finished product looks. It looks better than the real thing! When spring rolls around they will do my sidewalk and patio pavers. Honest work at a fair price. I would like to submit a photo but don't know how

David was excellent! He responded quickly and kept me posted on everything he needed as far as permits to perform the work. He stopped by the house and gave me a free estimate. He gave me several ideas, options, and price points to accomplish the work being requested. He was friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend him and look forward to using him again in the future.

From start to finish my wife and I were extremely happy with Dave and all of his staff. The work started within the timeframe that they said it would, and it was completed within the timeframe they said it would be as well. We absolutely love our new walkway and driveway! We are very glad that we went with the stamped concrete for both. We live in the historic part of our town and we are the first in the area to have stamped concrete and we've had a number of cars stop and tell us how much they like it over the past couple of months. As for ProCrete itself, we will definitely use them again for future projects. David McBride and his staff/coworkers were a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was very polite and even went the extra mile to take away some debris that they really weren't obligated to. I have two small children and safety is always a concern, but the whole ProCrete staff was great around my whole family and made us feel comfortable from the start. As far as David goes, he was awesome. He helped us shape a very rough vision that we had of what we wanted. His guys would have done great work the way we originally wanted it (stamped walkway, normal driveway), but David really convinced us that stamping the whole thing is the way to go and we couldn't be happier that he made that suggestion. David has also stayed in contact with us to remind us about care and maintenance for the driveway, which is nice because I tend to forget things (like forgetting to post this review for the last two months). I'll be honest, I expected it to cost more. I expected to feel a little concerned about going to work and leaving my family behind while they were working. I expected there to be issues along the way that would make the project not only take longer but cost considerably more than the estimate. I was wrong on all accounts. I literally couldn't be happier with the job that was done. The only reason that I put a "B" rating for price instead of an "A" rating is because I don't like spending that much money on anything! Ha, it was an "A" price though. Thank you David, thank you everyone else at ProCrete. You will probably hear from me in the next year or two when I want to put a patio in the back yard!

PROCRETE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!!! I called to get a quote for replacement of my driveway and walkway. From my very first call, they were helpful, polite and never rushed me with any of my questions. I spoke with Dave many times through the process, which he explained in detail. The price that was quoted was extremely fair, especially since it was a little more complex than usual. The job was completed in 2 days and looks BEAUTIFUL!! Many of my neighbors have commented how nice it looks and have asked who did the work. It was nice to finally find a reputable, kind,and considerate contractor. I will be recommending Procrete to everyone I know.

ProCrete removed a considerable amount of soil from an old dog run on the side of the house and poured a very nice colored (grey) concrete slab. Perfectly sloped, smooth job, and nicely finished edge. Very happy with the job.

He took our deposit in March but did not do the work until July, thus having benefit of our money for too long. He estimated that he would rebuild the entire bottom step and part of the 2nd step, and based on what he saw when he got the steps taken apart, he might do more. He ended up only partially rebuilding the bottom step, and repointing the others, so he did not do as much rebuilding as he had estimated yet he did not lower his price to us. He had to come back several times to re-do the mortar in several steps as it was initially not done properly. While the end result is ok, I think his price was too high for what he did and it took him too long.

I thought the step needed to be removed and rebuilt. He said he could resurface the step but gave a quote that was a bit too expensive.

I had contacted 3 companies for estimates, 2 got back to me. Procrete was the most responsive and has experience doing both block work and concrete work. Building walls for a Koi pond takes extra planning and reinforcing. A lot of thought when into the pressures that would be involved. The pond is approximately 8 feet deep with 3 feet above grade. There is a lot of pressure pushing out on the walls so the portion above grade has to be properly reinforced. The pond is approximately 22' X 12" and deepest point is almost 10' . Davis crew stopped by to check out the excavation and what was needed. They has materials delivered the day before and were here to supervise the dropping off of the materials. The weather wasn't the best between rain and the cold but they were here every day they could work and finished in 2 weeks. They were very thorough in construction of the walls and they necessary reinforcement I couldn't have asked for a more skilled and professional crew. The fact that I was present all the time and made last minute changes as they were going never bothered them. After the work was completed they left things looking pretty good, cleaning up all sighs that they had been there. I plan on having them come back in the spring when conditions are better to put a natural stone veneer on the wall above grade.
