I discovered ProCrete on Angie's List last year after Hurricane Sandy destroyed my first floor, including the concrete pad. Like then, the recent work they did replacing my front pavement and waterproofing my brick foundation and sealing it was done in a timely, professional manner. David McBride was always available to answer my questions. His father Mike did the grunt work, making sure every inch of concrete was perfectly laid. I can't thank them enough for the quality of service they have provided each time I have needed them.

David at ProCrete was very responsive to calls and emails. He answered all my question honestly. The process to cement the driveway took 2 days -1 day to complete the prep work and the next day to pour the cement. David's father and brother who did the actual work where knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am very pleased with outcome and would recommend ProCrete to all my Angie's List friends.

Procrete did an excellent job. I have received many compliments from my neighbors regarding the appearance of the job. Procrete performed the work as promised and in a timely manner.

I was very impressed with them and have contracted with them to do the sidewalk work this spring. The son of the owner came out to give us the bid and he was very professional and fair priced.

None of the contractors who came by to give estimates had seen a floor like ours, and few wanted to work with it. ProCrete offered to remove the wood between the concrete and pour new concrete in the gaps. However, the old concrete disintegrated when they tried this. They then gave us a revised estimate to remove the old concrete and pour a new slab which they did. ProCrete is a family business that cares about customer service. I plan to hire them again to replace my sidewalk.

I I actually received three quotes to replace my mother's cracked and aged concrete porch. Although different methods of replacing the porch were proposed, we selected Procrete, even though they were the more expensive quote. The reasons were because they were very quick to respond to all questions and concerns, agreed to handle the permits and they accepted PayPal. The work was completed by a father and son team who arrived timely, completed the work and addressed concerns that were addressed. My mother's house was left secured at the end of each work day. The Concrete work was completed professionally and the job overall took about a week. Issues -- One reason for deciding to go with Procrete was that I have a PayPal account which makes payment easy and convenient. I am able to pay by credit card. Although Angie's List indicated that ProCrete accepted PayPal, I found out on the day the down payment was due that ProCrete did not accept PayPal account nor did they accept credit cards. this created a cash flow problem for me. Angie's List should have confirmed that information before including it on their page. Also, my quote included permitting and fees. When I asked about the final inspection by the township, Dave McBride informed me that photos were sent to the permitting office in lieu of a final inspection. However, when I went to the permitting office to make sure everything was complete, I was informed there was no record of a permit.

I couldn't be more pleased with them. They are a family organization and I dealt with both the father and one of the sons.

.Response to my initial call was prompt. David arrived as scheduled and on time. We discussed details of the project, pros and cons of materials considered and costs. Measurements were taken, an estimate given and a promise to contact him with any questions. Response to all calls was prompt and questions were answered satisfactorily. This is a family business. David's father and brother were the installers. They arrived as scheduled, were meticulous with measurements, prepared the ground for pouring cement and conscientiously watch for good weather. The job was professionally completed as described, clean-up was thorough as were follow-up visits. I highly recommend ProCrete.
