How often have you called someone and they never returned your call? After that, did they show up on time or at all?? I HATE that too!! I always return a call as soon as possible and if I am supposed to be there at 1:00 pm then you can be pretty darn sure I will be there. I work alone so if the job is too big for me to handle comfortably I may tell you I am not the right person for that particular job. I usually don't give other contractor's names because the rarely call back, even me!!! I am rather picky about my work, I want it to be right,not just finished. I have been in business for about 25 yrs and 95% of my work is word of mouth. Why am I on Angie's list then??? Seems the economy is hitting all of us, so now it seems to be work that must be done rather than want to do. I am silly, have no ego and really do enjoy what I do. If I don't feel qualified or comfortable with a project, I will tell you. I am not afraid to say "I don't know". So there you have it, my references should be enough to let you know I am honest enough to leave a bag full of cash on the table and it will be there when you get home. If you have a dog we will become friend very fast, I love dogs. woof

I am a finish carpenter, which means I can install trim, woodwork, crown molding or anything else related to interior woodwork. I have morphed into all types of home maintenance , repair and minor remodeling. There are not many phases of work I cannot handle be it small or large (not huge). Last week I replaced some cedar siding on a few doermers of a home. Then I painted 2 bathrooms, replaced a ceiling fixture for a fan, powerwashed a house, tomorrow I will be painting a bedroom.

Services we don't offer

I do not do masonry, plumbing, major electric, no major roofing, no wallpaper, did I mention absolutely postively no wallpaper??. No framimg for additions or homes. No windows or siding, there are too many people that do that faster , cheaper and better than me.

Extremely well.
Description of Work: Repaired a defective deck that was causing a major leak into the home. Replaced insulation and installed new drywall that was damaged by leak.

He has great ideas on how to do things. He is honest, neat, clean, and reliable!
Description of Work: Worked with him since 2005. When he tells you he is coming, he comes and when he tells you he is going to call, he calls. He goes straight to work with excellent quality.
