A stress -less pleasant experience! The tech was friendly and professional. He wore shoe covers in the house. He did all work in a very timely manner. Julio explained his findings and took time to completely answer my questions. I have found this company to have excellent service people. In many years of home ownership, this company and its employees are the best I've ever experienced.

It went Perfectly. Matt is a real professional. All systems are thoroughly checked and filters replaced. He let us know the condition of the air conditioners and suggested any further work that needed. However, he only suggested and did not pressure us to do anything immediately. He is a great representative of Clays Climate Control.

We called Clays and they had someone out and the unit repaired (it required a replacement capacitor and a contactor) within 3 hours - on MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND in a shore town! Granted, we do have an annual maintenance contract for our HVAC system with them, but still, that's outstanding service.

He is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and he is genuinely interested in making sure his clients are satisfied. His service technician Matt is also very knowledgeable and is interested in making sure the job is done right. They both get the job done in a professional manner and make sure the equipment is functioning properly.

Fantastic...let me bring up I oversee a service organization and have family in the HVAC business (in CT so they cannot assist) so I have a good baseline of what should occur. The companies follow-up, scheduling and overall communication process is exceptional and that is the foundation of service. The tech Matt called in the am and actually came early. Could speak volumes of how courteous and thorough he was. When you get the feeling someone is working on "their" personal system you know your getting top block service. For example Matt found mold on the back of the system or duct work he could have said "you should clean this" as he was telling me he was cleaning and recommending ideas to mitigate in the future. Outstanding job, we know our AC unit is on the way our and Clay's will be our first call in the spring. Thank You!!!

As a retired contractor from PA, I've found it very difficult to find good technicians/tradesman in this area. I was almost embarrassed to resort to Angie's List but it's been worth it to find professionals. I contacted Clays through here and they were extremely courteous and customer friendly. The office was great to deal with and my technician, Matt, was a pro. He performed a thorough service on my heater and when he was done he explained everything to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They analyzed the issue we had with our son's room and fixed it. Very good job all around
